Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

We had an amazing time staying at the Bothy with our 2 young children. The grounds are stunning and well looked after in such a peaceful setting, we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a peep! Extremely comfy beds, luxury towels and all the games you could wish for. Kitchen and bathrooms particularly well decorated with all the amenities you could need. Great communication and hosting, our little boy fed Allies chickens and cuddled the cats and absolutely loved it. So glad we got to stay here and would absolutely recommend to all!

Matthew's property was perfect for myself and 2 friends. It's lovely and full of character, as well as well stocked with everything we needed (including a hairdryer, fan for the warm nights and some toiletries that we forgot). We enjoyed chatting at the table overlooking the large well maintained and beautiful garden on the sunny evenings. It was easy to find, very central in the New Forest, off the high street in the lovely Beaulieu village. It was exactly what we were looking for. We constantly saw horses on our drive to and from the property which just felt magical. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, cozy yet spacious and with an amazing garden. It was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, enjoy the sunshine, relax in the hot tub, and gather around the firepit and BBQ. Keith and Jean were very welcoming and kindly showed us around, even though we arrived late. A fantastic place, we highly recommend it!

Sarah was the perfect host who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Cleeves House is a beautiful and peaceful barn with stunning views of the valley. It has been set up to meet all our needs during the stay with excellent amenities, big rooms, comfortable heating and tidy clean kitchen and bathroom. Just what we needed for a get away. We loved our stay.

Magical place! The setting is so beautiful, the huts wonderfully decorated, and with every thought given to comfort. My kids LOVED the stay, especially the chill out gazebos, and the fairy woods - truly a magical place! Communication was great, and Jenny really is a perfect host. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Stone Barn! Nicky and Mark provided a beautiful home away from home that couldn’t have been better. It’s so peaceful and the views are amazing. The place was clean (beware if you’re not a fan of spiders though as there are a decent amount in corners, bathroom, etc due to the countryside location I’m sure) and they even gave us a lovely welcome package with local food items. They were responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home in the Cotswolds area. We were within 1-1.5 hrs drive of all the major sightseeing places which was perfect.

A lovely hut in the New Forest, beside the local pub (which we didn’t actually try). A peaceful location! Really well appointed, luxurious hut, with v comfy bed and a lovely bathroom! What more could you want!

We had a really lovely weekend stay at The Bolt Hole with our two boys and dogs. The house is in a great spot with lots of walks and things to do nearby. The garden is so beautifully kept, however, that it was hard to tear ourselves away! Claire and Buster were very accommodating and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

We had the most wonderful stay and Ana was an amazing host. We arrived to a freshly baked sourdough loaf, butter and jam, as well as milk in the fridge. So greatly appreciated after a long drive! The cottage was beautifully clean, well equipped and charming. Great base for exploring the New Forest. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Sarah's place for a long weekend for my husbands birthday and fathers day. Sarah provided clear instructions with videos on how to find their location as it wasn't the easiest to find but thanks to her instructions we had no issues. The house was lovely and she had even left special touches like toys for the children. We ordered a breakfast box which included home made produce, the sausages and bacon were particularly good! My children loved that they were able to help feed the animal on the farm and the hot tub was an added bonus. They were already asking when we can come back next before we had even left!

A very relaxing couple of days at the Pond Barn. Great host with lots of personal touches! Hot tub was the highlight and a lovely way to totally relax and take in the beautiful views! Highly recommend!

The Annexe is absolutely beautiful, set in an extremely peaceful area. The Annexe itself is spotless and has all you need for a stay away from home. Francis was extremely helpful and friendly but also left us to enjoy our stay privately. The walk down to the Renegade Brewery was beautiful and I would highly recommend a trip there. We most certainly will be back again to stay!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. Beautiful chocolate box thatched cottage. The garden is stunning and totally dog proof. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Michael is the best host we’ve had; so accommodating and responded so fast. Everything was perfect

We had a fantastic time staying here! We immediately felt right at home and the barn was absolutely gorgeous with lovely views and outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. Toby and Wendy were great hosts, providing everything we needed in the barn and a couple of welcome gifts too which was a lovely surprise! There were some excellent recommendations for pubs and local walks and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, we particularly enjoyed The Bucks Head for a pizza and a walk around Old Winchester Hill. A perfect few days away and we will definitely come back in the future!! Thank you so much!

Highly recommended. This is our second visit. The apartment is very clean, well appointed and set in beautiful, well kept gardens. We enjoyed being able to walk our little dog in the private field/paddock at the rear of the property with lovely views of the surrounding fields and countryside. Well worth a visit and Steve is a very welcoming host.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful private garden setting. The cottage has been fitted out and decorated to an extremely high standard with everything working perfectly. The shower was so powerful and even the crockery and glasses were good quality. The location is very quiet and peaceful with some good walks directly from the cottage and there are interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. We didn't use the games room or tennis court but it was nice to have access to them. Natalie was the perfect host - unobtrusive but very helpful if required. Would strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect setting for my partner and I to enjoy our first holiday together. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and made our trip truly special. We felt right at home (and Rowena left very clear instructions, left us some beautifully kind treats in the fridge and on the table which was lovely) and me and my partner couldn’t have asked for a better experience; we’re still talking about the house and the holiday and it’s been a few weeks since we left. Highly recommend & I must thank Rowena for the great hospitality!

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen and living are very comfortable and the beds offered a refreshing sleep. It may take a while for the shower to be warm, but the bathroom was clean and complete. Great place to stay. Great atmosphere and a beautiful area to walk. Vanessa was very hospitable and helpful when needed.
