Monthly Rentals in Terranea Beach

Beautiful villa in in Terranea! Very comfortable for a family of 4 with young kids. Peaceful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Lots of hummingbirds flitting around on the back porch. Close walk to the restaurants in the resort as well as use of shuttle to the hotel if needed.

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

Our family has a wonderful month long visit at Ann’s place. It was an incredible location and felt isolated and private compared to the nearby hustle and bustle of LA. The weather wasn’t very cooperative for the views (had a lot of haze and fog), but we still enjoyed seeing the ships out on the water and the sun setting. It was also much cooler than we had anticipated, but this was all up to Mother Nature! While we enjoyed the hot tub almost daily, we would have loved to have had the pool to have been heated. We spend a lot of time outdoors! Of course, we knew that the pool was not heated before booking so that was completely on us. We still had an amazing time, found some wonderful restaurants that became our favorites, spent way too much money in Beverly Hills, and were able to explore some new areas that we had never been in before. Ann’s place had almost everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we very much appreciated it! Thanks for being a wonderful/responsive host for trip!!

We had a nice and memorable time staying at Rancho Palos Verdes. If you are planning to stay in the RPV area with certain budget, this is the place. We will miss our evening walk around Terranea beach area. We always felt safe and calm. The house has all the necessary amenities. We will definitely choose this place again for our stay in the future. Thank you Lori for the great place!
