Beach house vacation rentals in Terracina

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Amazing host, great place, lovely recommendations and very approachable. Everything was so nice, we really enjoyed our stay, walked everywhere. Simone prepared an apartment on a very short notice and welcomed us without any issue! Also Simone has a boat that one can rent and discover the island. We can’t wait to be back!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

great location, with two large bedrooms. We enjoyed the chance to be alone without neighbors in the staircase leading to the house. The terrace is very nice, but we didn't use it.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We stayed in this villa for a bachelor party and loved it! The villa is beautiful, spacious and equipped with every necessary comfort. The hosts were very kind, super helpful and very flexible for both check-in and check-out, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

Owner was very helpful with our check in. Good location, perfect for walking around Nettuno. Close to downtown and near all your basic needs. Great place to stay overall and would highly recommend!

Mena welcomed us, near the apartment, and led us there. Upon arrival we were amazed by the spectacle that was offered to us: a dream terrace overlooking the gulf before us... just as published on the site. Michela's accommodation is the perfect solution for those who want to visit the upper part of the island of Ponza. Easily accessible by public transport, but also strategic for walking among the beautiful coves of the area. Michela is always available and kind, highly recommended!
