Apartment of 90 square meters, in the center of a late 19th-century building, for info I am always available after your reservation, located along the road that connects Piazza Garibaldi to Piazza Municipio/Cattedrale Consisting of: two bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen with a table, a laundry area, 2 large bedrooms, a sleeping area separated from the living area. Air conditioning in the living room-kitchen and in the bedroom with bathroom. Ideal balcony for breakfast or aperitif.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
