Villa vacation rentals in Terracina

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

Accommodation matches the photos and even more. It has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. The area is quiet and residential, however it is necessary to take the car to access the beautiful beaches and activities. The exchanges with Filomena were perfect as well as the hosting and on-site availability of Cinzia. Very pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, tomatoes, basil, fruit in the fridge as well as enough to cook pasta in tomato sauce when we arrived!!!! Thanks again to Cinzia. Isabelle and David

Great experience, perfect place to stay and very well cared for. Tony was extremely accurate, courteous and helpful and made the stay perfect! The Villa is spacious, spacious and extremely clean, with refined interiors that denote the attention and care that the host reserves!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

Dear Livio, now we are back home and miss the sea view. The absolute highlight of this accommodation is the location, the sea view and the wonderful outdoor area that we very much enjoyed. After 5 days in Rome, the perfect place to unwind. For us also the perfect time, it was very quiet, the beaches and houses still empty, only the last two days you noticed activities for the start of the season. The place had everything we needed, enough space and we slept very well. It is very rustic, authentic and furnished like your own home. The small settlement is secured with a gate, just around the corner is the parking space. We explored the area by car, both along the sea and in the mountains. The places around are really beautiful, everything was very untouristy. The nearest good supermarket is only 400 meters away. The only thing is the really very small shower. We spent two days in this fantastic accommodation, with breathtaking views! Spacious and clean spaces with all the comforts you need. Maria Cristina, always available and interested in knowing how the stay was going, was courteous and present even before our arrival. We highly recommend this house for those who want to spend days in peace in a quiet area and at the same time enjoy a fantastic view both day and night. 10 out of 10!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Villa danda is a dreamy heaven of a Villa The swimming pool and the beach are so lovely and the beautiful design of the Villa all conjure up to make a special stay And Daniela and Eric were great hosts and brilliant communicators Can’t wait to go back very soon Couldn’t recommend more!!!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

The house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. A little shabby on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass left to one side, the deck chairs broken and the sofas without cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and with a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

The Bamboo Villa is the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Traveling with two kids, it is great to find a place that allows for both activities and relaxation. The WiFi was very good which is crucial for teenagers 😂 Daniele is the perfect host, very accommodating and flexible without being invasive or pushy. The apartment, pool area and garden is exquisite and so well kept. It’s even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Pool is quite large. A lot of different sunbeds, chairs and other options in the garden. We had all our meals outside. Easy to get to Rome (by car).

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

Stayed as a group of 6 people, extremley helpful and friendly hosts. Gave us helpful hints and recommendations. Very nice people, made us feel right at home. Garden, pool and house as described, used a couple of days to relax and saw some local sights. Everything clean and nicely put together. Very nice touch that hosts invited us for pizza and cold cuts in the last evening, nice sitting down and talking. One point which we appreciated very much was that they assisted us in getting to the train station when we needed a lift as we were leaving at two seperate times. That shows their friendliness and caring for their guests. All in all can only recommend.

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.

Lovely peaceful place with a sun deck. Beautiful view to the sea and mountains. Ease access to everything, with a car. Giuseppe is responsive, friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!
