A very beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace!

The house was exceptionally comfortable - high quality beds/bedding making for good sleeps. The apartment is spacious and had good heating. It's a suburb area - 2 blocks to a train system that brings you to the center of Rome easily. We were able to leave our car in the parking spot of the house and move around Rome easily by metro and trains. Massimo and his son Dario welcomed us warmly and provided lots of helpful info/maps etc. to make our stay easy. Thank you!

I had already stayed in this apartment and had found it very comfortable and erorima fascinated by the beautiful terrace, this time beautiful surprise a very large panoramic window in the bedroom, otherwise easy to find a comfortable and very clean home i'll definitely be back

It was absolutely fantastic, from the friendly welcome to the uncomplicated departure. Giovanni was always available and took care of it directly. The surroundings in Nettuno could offer more, but this has nothing to do with this great apartment. Also recommended is the pizzeria in the same house! Otherwise, the beach and train station are easily accessible. Absolutely recommended on our part

We stayed in Monica's apartment after having surgery while waiting to have a check-up, so we fully enjoyed it for 2 days and we felt right at home, everything but really everything excellent!! The kitchen is well equipped to cook any dish, water, tea and coffee available. Covered parking space which was very important for us having bought the car a week ago. In short, a really great experience. Monica is an excellent host always available and very kind. Thank you for everything

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

The place is wonderful, trees around all the place, perfect to stay and relax in your road trip to Italy.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

Even though it was only a few days, we had a really good time, he was really cordial, friendly, he came to meet us for check-in. Very cozy house, warm, very clean. We are really very satisfied, there will really be no lack of opportunity to return in the summer... We congratulate you.

We often come to this area to visit my brother-in-law and we found this place located in front of his house! Perfect! Great price and very friendly renters. We found everything very clean and even if we didn't need much, there are all the utilities for cooking. Perhaps the only advice I can give is that maybe there should be a small TV in the room for those who are used to having one and watching a movie in the evening, but it's a matter of habit. For the rest I have nothing to criticize, it will certainly be the preferred accommodation for when we come to Rome

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
