Vacation rentals with a patio in Terracina

Mariella is really fantastic, she informed us right away as soon as we had a question, when we arrived we had cakes, the accommodation is good, very clean and well located for going to the beach and restaurants. We went by train from Rome (except Friday, train strike), it is very easy and we finished our journey after the wonderful city of Rome in Nettuno. We just found the beach of Nettuno dirty (maybe in the summer season it's cleaner)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Such a cute place! Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach, and the best gelato we had on our trip! Paola was an amazing host with one of the cutest decorated places I’ve stayed. She left drinks, a meal, and lots of recommendations. Bed is comfy, house was spotless. Perfect Airbnb

We loved our stay in Monica's apartment. It was very clean and spacious - especially as we sat out on the balcony a lot. We found a great local restaurant (Loro) and the apartment was convenient for buses, running(!) and food shopping. We cooked quite a lot and there was all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes walk away. It was the perfect base for our 8 days in Rome! We had a car with us and the underground parking was easy and very secure. Monica was very friendly and very clear with everything. She responded to all our questions very quickly.

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Lovely apartment. Perfectly clean very new and fresh. Nice kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms with a little courtyard with table and chairs. A very nice place to stay David was very helpful.

Via a very steep, narrow road we reached the house. What an amazing place! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Beautiful garden. Okay, the shower is tight, but that's fine. And Vincenzo does everything to make our stay pleasant. Within 10 minutes, we are in Gaeta. And the less touristy Formia also has a surprisingly beautiful old center. We had 3 wonderful days.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We stayed here two nights, the house is small, entrance with kitchen, sofa bed and table, then bathroom and bedroom with double bed. Very clean house equipped with everything you need (dishes, coffee machine, clean towels, air conditioning) The owners are very helpful and very friendly people, they welcomed us in person and showed us the house. We'll definitely be back as we had a great time! The area is close to the sea and close to supermarkets, a car is recommended to get around.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

We are a family of 4 + dog. We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance, and there are many lovely shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. One of the highlights is the beautifully landscaped surroundings, which add to the overall charm of the place. The proximity to many great places to explore was a huge plus. I appreciated the convenience and tranquility of the location. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
