If you go with dogs, you have the park right in front, and behind the school there is another larger one where the river passes through, where they can run :) We loved dining very close by at Bistro Manuel, quality food and service for a good price for a Bistro. On the other hand, a nice touch is that Carlos has all kinds of coffee capsules, Neskuik, tea and infusions.
