Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Modern and comfortable with a very charming historical atmosphere. The fresh air and valley views are absolutely breathtaking . Walking distance to all the lovely restaurants and the gorgeous Duomo. We will be back !

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

La casetta è deliziosa!Esattamente quello che io e il mio compagno cercavamo: uno spazio caldo e accogliente immerso nella natura, con anche l’orto e gli animali. Una vera fuga dalla città!Bianca è gentilissima, molto disponibile e discreta. Grazie ancora di tutto!!!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Prachtig uitzicht van het dakterras, ruim, heel mooi. Minpunt: hoge en niet gemarkeerde tree in de keuken. Oppassen!

L' appartamento di Simona , oltre ad essere a 2 passi dal centro storico di Foligno, è completamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort, super pulito e davvero accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Super consigliato.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

L'appartamento era spazioso sia nel salone che nella camera da letto che nel bagno, super pulito, lo abbiamo percepito appena siamo entrati, molto accogliente con tanti piccoli dettagli. Letti comodi, lenzuola pulitissime, check in facile. La posizione è ottima, conad nelle vicinanze, bar, ristorante, tutto ciò di cui si può necessitare. Posto auto propio davanti il cancello di casa. Claudia è una grande host, sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualunque domanda. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. Ottima la struttura per passare del tempo con gli amici o con la famiglia... Allargata visto che ospita fino a 19 persone nei tre appartamenti. Grazie di tutto

abbiamo trovato in Giovanni una persona super gentile, l' appartamento centrale comodo per visitare la città e muoversi nei dintorni, nonostante la camera da letto affacci sulla piazza piena di locali, con le finestre chiuse non abbiamo avuto nessun problema nel dormire.sicuramente se ci sarà una prossima volta a Spoleto torneremo da Giovanni.

L’alloggio di Mioara è molto carino, pulitissimo e con un balconcino delizioso. Buona anche la posizione. Inoltre, l’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Consigliatissimo!

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

The appartement was very nice, clean, big and for a very good price. The host also took the time to show us the appartment, where we could park, and restaurants in the neighborhood which was a nice touch

È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa.
