Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Terni

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

This is such a lovely Airbnb in the heart of Umbria. There are so many wonderful towns to explore around it - and the sunsets at the Airbnb are absolutely GORGEOUS overlooking the countryside. We were extremely comfortable, the house and yard are well cared for, and Alessandro is a wonderful host. We will be back! It’s also animal friendly! 10/10!

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

We were greeted by Rina’s son who was very nice, friendly and prompt in answering any questions. The apartmebt is a stunning renovated Umbrian barn with fine Deruta ceramics inside. Cozy and immersed in the lovely countryside. We would higly recommend this place.

Donkeys & Roses is a haven of peace, a place that exceeds all expectations. Whether it's for a couples getaway or a family vacation, the atmosphere is both magical and relaxing. Each home offers unique comfort, with assets such as a sublime pool and incredible panoramas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace of our house, offering a breathtaking view. Enrico's warm and caring welcome, always available to make our stay perfect, really marked our experience. This exceptional place is a real gem, and we'll be happy to go back. This stay was a moment of pure happiness, from start to finish.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

I recommend everyone to stay in the very cozy house of Ginevra, everything was perfect, me, mom and our dog had a great time, there is everything you need, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, the towels smelled very good, free parking is very close to the house and it is easy to get around the area. Ginevra made sure we didn't miss anything and turned on the radiators at the most useful times so that we were warm in the house. Excellent experience!!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Chiara’s home was wonderful. Very cozy and comfortable. She was a great host with clear instructions about things in the home which could sometimes get confusing when you’re visiting from another country. My group really enjoyed their stay here. I would recommend her home to anyone visiting the city!

The apartment was clean, and I especially liked that the parking lot was spacious and comfortable. They prepared simple refreshments, so it was better ^ ^ The owner explained the tourist attractions and provided directions, so I was able to use it well. It was a good accommodation.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Small kitchen with living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Ideal location for exploring Umbria by car. 30-60 minutes to all main attractions. Large supermarket nearby. Nicoletta is a very nice hostess, immediate response to all questions and requests!

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean accommodation. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. Also equipped with ample space and all the necessary amenities.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Orvieto! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed. It was very easy to access, and having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orvieto. Would definitely stay here again!
