Vacation rentals with breakfast in Terni

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a great choice, cleanliness and accuracy in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast Raffaella prepared for us when Raffaella woke up! Thanks so much for everything!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Well-structured apartment with a romantic touch, which therefore accentuates this aspect even for a very short stay, as was the case for me. The Host Roberta, very attentive to details and to meet every need that arises Very quiet environment, just outside the historic center of the village, allows parking easily in front of the front door of the house… Good starting point also to visit the Tuscia area, interesting in many ways…

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

We were warmly welcomed at Elena's. Her house is located in the middle of nature and she lives surrounded by friendly animals. The proposed apartment is located above hers. It is fully equipped and clean. The environment is quiet and conducive to rest. Elena had generously left us food as well as basic kitchen essentials. I recommend this place if you are passing through.

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

I stayed at Bettina's for 10 days with my little dog Rita, an English setter. Rita had a great time, she had plenty of room to run and explore. I also worked very well from there, the house is nicer than it looks in the photos, everything works well and the place is cozy. Bettina was friendly and didn't hesitate to lend me an onion and two slices of bread when I found myself with few ingredients for dinner. Highly recommended

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Stefania is a wonderful host. She pampered us with great pastries and a warm welcome, making us feel at home. The stay at this beautiful B&By nestled in the Umbrian countryside was definitely refreshing.

Chiara's apartment is special, like a movie set in the historic city palace. There is a fantastic view from the terrace into the countryside, at the same time you are right in the city center. Chiara is helpful and generous and it's just a few steps to the cathedral!

Accommodation in the historical center. Good breakfast, both sweet and savory. Parking in the area, easy to find, whether paid or not. Host helpful and courteous.

A truly amazing Airbnb. Gorgeous apartment with character, the host is extremely kind and welcoming, abundant breakfast spread and amenities. Would definitely return!

Nicoletta was very welcoming, we had a celiac person and she dedicated the care and attention we all received, homemade cakes and cookies for us and also for her. He also helped us find a restaurant in the area. The phone doesn't have reception and the WiFi is not strong enough, but she is very helpful for every need
