The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa for relaxation, and a nice table around which to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Small pets are welcome for a small fee. Parking is free on site, and there is a Wi-Fi connection. The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linens are included as well as self-service breakfast.
