Condo vacation rentals in Terni

I recommend everyone to stay in the very cozy house of Ginevra, everything was perfect, me, mom and our dog had a great time, there is everything you need, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, the towels smelled very good, free parking is very close to the house and it is easy to get around the area. Ginevra made sure we didn't miss anything and turned on the radiators at the most useful times so that we were warm in the house. Excellent experience!!

Clean, great location and superb host.

Junas appartment is a jem, well worth staying at. It is super cozy and every detail is well thought of, very clean, amazing bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely chose to stay again, the location is also super, and having a parking makes everything easier.

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean accommodation. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. Also equipped with ample space and all the necessary amenities.

This apartment is ideally located between 2 of the most interesting piazzas of the republica where the circular C bus drops you off and especially set back 2 steps from the piazza del popolo accommodation With these flea markets and especially a wonderful little cafe right next to the church run by two nice ladies who are very friendly and love people, it's really a nice find.

Cozy and tidy place, exactly as shown in the photos. Elena provided us with all the useful information and proved to be very kind, I really appreciated that she made us find the house well lit and heated upon arrival. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Spoleto. Recommended stay!

The trip with my daughter to Amelia was memorable... From the town just a few minutes away by car there is the possibility to see so much more wonderful things like the Marmore Falls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to accompany you to the apartment, plus he won't let you miss anything for the essentials of the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast... I'm very satisfied...

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

I found the location of the property positive as it allowed me to park my car and only walk around the entire period of the stay

Leaving aside the location, which is excellent to say the least, Alviero's house is really well kept! Very clean in all its parts and Alviero was really a super host ❤️

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.
