Monthly Rentals in Terminal Island

Great place. Can almost walk to the beach (5 min drive) and they are beautiful. Space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The car parking was great, as you have your own private spot right in the front of the Airbnb and not on the street. There is a small amount of traffic noise during the day, but nothing crazy. It’s a quiet Street, but cars do pass from time to time. Host was also very responsive. Overall, great experience.

Stayed here a month with my husband. It’s cozy for 2 but we knew what we signed and were very happy with our stay. Matched the photos and description to a tee - neighborhood is quite nice! Walkable and convenient. Close to everything (access to freeway, grocery store, etc). Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Jean was a wonderful host - we hope to stay here again!

I recently stayed here for just over a month while settling into my new job, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts are truly amazing—super responsive and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic, with food spots, laundry, and grocery shopping all within walking distance. The access is convenient, and the area is very private, which I appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!
