Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Zschirnstein Fewo: Fireplace apartment with plenty of space

The apartment is nicely spacious and airy. Thanks to the many windows, it is not only when the sun is flooded with light and friendly, but also cuddly due to the wood stove. One bedroom is slightly larger and has a great flair – matching the Elbe sandstone mountains – thanks to an exposed old sandstone wall. The other one is wonderfully light. In both bedrooms there are reading lamps. The dove blue and white tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

In summer, the natural lakes in the area invite you to linger. The City Decin / Decin can be reached in about 10 minutes. The capital Praha / Prague is located 1h. Cozy apartment in the heart of Saxon Switzerland 🌲🚲 Our lovingly furnished apartment in Rosenthal-Bielatal offers space for 2 to 4 people on approx. 40 m² - ideal for couples, small families, active vacationers or as a business trip accommodation. In 2025, we completely renovated our apartment. The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home, which is located in the idyllic Rosenthal-Bielatal.

K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
