Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This location works well if you want to walk everywhere in Downtown Nashville. The onsite parking allows the freedom to come and go if necessary without the hassle of finding a spot upon return. The building is extremely busy so it feels safe at all hours. Whole families in town for sports and music was common to see in the elevator. The majority of the guests though were young adults. The common areas are used day and night. It seems to quiet down around 10 pm. This didn’t disturb the privacy of the apt. I liked being able to open the balcony for fresh air, something that is lacking in most hotels. Also, the on site Bellhop service to secure bags after checkout is a big plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and just a short Uber ride to downtown and Broadway. The building itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities including a great co-working space and even music studios, which was such a unique touch. Everything was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

If ur looking for a quite and relaxing weekend this is the place for u from sun up to sun down. The only thing that its missing is a fire pit but the dock in the back will make up for that. Especially if u like to fish or read a book. I plan on rerent this place again.

The most stunning, clean, spacious place that truly felt like home. The 6 of us girls could not believe how spotless everything was. All the linens smelt so fresh, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a convenient location, super close to everything about a 10-15min drive downtown and to all the popular spots. The details in the home were just above and beyond, truly had everything you could ask for and more! Also the balcony, what a vibe!! Such an unforgettable trip, thanks for a lovely stay Brody!

Very nice place. It was very comfortable, clean, and very close to the state park which was the main reason we wanted to go. Will definitely be staying again.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

From check in to check out, this place was great. Awesome location, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Extremely clean, there is a no shoes in the house rule that really helps make this place feel like home. The steps are steep going up and down to the bedrooms but that is common in this area due to the terrain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 share a bathroom that has extra sink outside the toilet, bathtub, and sink area. The other bathroom is in the master suite which has an amazing closet. Bonus, There is a workout room upstairs! The main floor has an eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and a billiards room. 2 car garage access, fire pit and deck. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. Will definitely book next time!!

This house was everything we needed for our stay and more. With 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids, everyone had their own space and their own bathroom which was a great plus. The furniture was modern, but cozy. The decor was very welcoming and peaceful. The stand out feature was the screened in deck with extra wide porch swing. My mom and I spent our mornings drinking coffee out there watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location is private with a good size backyard, but less than 10min from the grocery store and downtown Franklin. Karen was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our stay.
