Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Pamper yourself at the beautiful vanity with all the items needed to make you look and feel your best. Included are a hair dryer, makeup mirror, complimentary soaps and lotions, and the softest towels we could find. The deck and hot tub complete the experience!

Being located on the AL/ TN line it’s 5 minutes from Interstate 65 ,25 minutes from Huntsville, AL and 1.5 hours to both Birmingham and Nashville.

I designed and built this custom shipping container getaway for you to have a unique place to stay, relax and enjoy yourself in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. This is as close to nature as you can get (without having to go into it, lol). Nestled in a secluded spot minutes away from wineries, tons of outdoor activities and downtown Dahlonega, you'll have something to do for your entire stay! So come relax by the fire pit, in the hot tub, or somewhere on the 1000+ sq. ft. decks.

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

Our tree house is extremely comfortable, with a view of the Cumberland mountains. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, two-loft sleeping and viewing areas. Several major state parks/hiking within a few miles of the cabin. Exceptional star viewing. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats are not allowed as we are allergic.
