I can second everyone else’ great reviews. Debbie goes above and beyond as a host. She’d stocked the fridge including with lots of home made goodies, was super responsive, caring and kind. I travelled with my baby and Debbie couldn’t have been kinder, sourcing a baby bath, toys, setting up a crib. My son was a bit poorly during our stay and Debbie checked in on us. She also gave us some more food. I’ve never stayed in an air bnb like this, Debbie is an incredible host. If you’re thinking of booking, do it.

This place is such a gem of East Nashville. Perfect place to gather and enjoy the trendy part of Nashville.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! The tile walk in shower in the master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous, very well done. The cabin is in a beautiful location and it’s very quiet. My day was exceptional.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Really enjoyed the privacy and peaceful location. The inside was nicely decorated for a unique experience. I would revisit.

Marie's place is top-notch; it is hands-down the best airbnb I've ever experienced. Her home is absolutely lovely as are the surrounding garden areas. Our space was so comfortable that we wished we would have had more time to just lounge in our rooms rather than go sightseeing. Seriously, every single detail has been considered. The bedrooms, common area, and bathroom were spotless and beautiful. We had every thing we needed for our stay: a hairdryer - yay!, an awesome coffee maker (with coffee!), microwave, refrigerator, and even soap/shampoo. My favorite detail was the bedroom linens. Our beds were fitted better than a hotel, with COTTON sheets and covers. In my experience most hosts use microfiber sheets which are hot and chemical-laden, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Marie clearly cares for her guests' comfort. Both she and her husband were friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants and local points of interest. I hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

My husband and I visited to celebrate Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the beautiful serene setting and the comfortable and quaint cabin. Highly recommend 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable and the staff (Rachel) was the icing on the top. She was so sweet and kind and made delicious breakfasts for us. We are trying to plan a return trip already! The peace and quiet is amazing here, massages were so needed and the most comfortable bed ever.

Staying in the Inn is like stepping into a Hallmark movie!! Beautiful space and a delicious and pretty plated breakfast!! They are such thoughtful hosts you won’t want to leave!

We hope to come again. It was the most peaceful place, so breathtakingly beautiful. My boys loved the pool. The breakfast was fit for a king and queen. So good! Kris and Charlie went out of their way for our comfort. We love the Secret!!

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Amanda is a wonderful host! We stayed at her guest suite this April and her place was perfect. We had a parking spot and our own private little patio. Amanda and Andy were so thoughtful in how they curated their place to have everything we needed. There was a place to set up luggage, a very comfortable bed, clean linens and little touches to make the stay that much more comfortable. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. If you’re looking to explore Nashville, this location was perfect for getting anywhere in about 15 minutes. I would 100% book this stay again and would recommend it without hesitation.

We have become very drawn to places like Roxana’s through Airbnb because of their homey feel. All too often hosts have the cheapest furniture and bedding, while places like this have linens and bed/pillow quality like our own home. The guest suite is cozy with a great bathtub and all you need for a great nights rest. Roxana was gracious with our last minute late afternoon booking!

This is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful hosts! It was quiet and the breakfast was delicious! Shelley is a wonderful host and Jonas always answered quickly when we had questions. We would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

Wonderful host family! They were friendly, kind, generous & helpful. They respected my privacy. Under amenities is says: “Paid washer & dryer” but this was not available upon request. It’s described as a “Room in a bed & breakfast” but no breakfast was included or offered. Listed in the house rules, after you place reservations, it says “breakfast offered for $15” but nothing was offered. I did not feel comfortable using any of the other rooms (kitchen, living rooms) as the doors were closed & the host family was home, but that has to do with my own comfort level. Also, it said “no cooking allowed” under house rules (after you reserve the room) but in the listing description it says that a kitchen is available for cooking. There is a sweet cat & quiet dog on the premises. The home is immaculate & perfectly decorated. I cannot say enough nice things about the host family! I would definitely recommend them & stay again myself if I’m ever back in the area. Worth the stay!!!

Very clean cabins with great amenities such as complimentary coffee with cream and sugar, popcorn, soft drinks and ice. we enjoyed our stay. The staff was super proactive ans helpful. We felt at home.

We loved our stay at the farm. It was a perfect restful getaway that was tucked away in its own private corner but not too far from town! I've already recommended it to other people.

Can't begin to explain how amazing our stay was. Valerie and Tracey made us feel right at home, the kids couldn't contain their excitement and did not want to leave. This was our first time staying with a host and couldn't have been more pleasant of a stay. Tracey was great with the kids explaining all the animals and showing them how to feed them. Winston, Hank and Bentley were always excited to greet us and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend any locations hosted by Tracey and Valerie to everyone! Thank you for the incredible memorable stay!
