Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Tennessee River

I had an amazing experience staying at Lois’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Lois was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer great local tips. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. This was our second time staying with Sandra. The home is quaint and well-kept, and Sandra is an excellent communicator. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. The home is on a street with very little traffic, so sitting on the porch for an evening of relaxing was easy. The home is clean and the individual bathrooms is a plus for a home of this type. Hot water was always hot, even with a full house. Check in and check out times are very reasonable, and downtown Chatt is only a few minutes away and a very easy drive.

Beautiful property and we enjoyed the private suite. It was perfect for us but do note that the stairs could be steep for some folks. We completely disconnected with no tv, no laptops, and no phones. Just a couple books and the sounds of the animals outside. We rated everything 5 star but remember you are on a farm in the middle of the country. While they have WiFi onsite your GPS will be hit or miss in the area. We explored the waterfalls and hiking but had to use a map on occasion . Plan ahead! Expect a few bugs out in the country also. If you are sensitive to that I would bring bug spray. Fall creek Falls was incredible. It’s roughly 15 minutes away and if you are physically able to handle strenuous hiking the base of the falls was quite the experience. It’s pretty dicey navigating the jagged wet rocks. If you pass the Butter Dish restaurant in your travels be sure to stop in. It’s country cooking at its finest to include some incredible dessert options.

I have been so blessed in my Air BNB experiences and John's farm was no exception. He was extremely friendly and his farm was beautiful. Goats , chickens, cows, and the greatest ,pot belly pig ever named "Charlotte" ........a hot tub, an amazing inground pool, piano, guitar, full access to a great kitchen for making meals... very comfortable and nice home......We enjoyed our short time there and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay far enough out where you didn’t get all of Nashville noise, but close enough to where you felt like you were still in the city.

Marie’s love of hosting included sharing her home and the best of Nashville. Every minor detail was anticipated and well provided for. She had destination activity and restaurant recommendations at the ready. Wonderful breakfast provided. Really enjoyed visiting with Marie and husband Mark. Stay with Marie - you’ll be glad you did!!

We loved our stay here! It’s was a beautiful place to getaway and yet still be close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved the little cottage and Lemuel was an amazing host. He was super helpful and friendly and very responsive. This place is a must book for the price and location! Super easy to find as well! We would love to come back so time for sure!

We rented the whole place for Sewanee Family Weekend. The house was enormous. The kitchen was well-appointed. All Saints is a five minute walk away. Susan and Greg were friendly and responsive.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

This is a lovely restored home that feels like a classy hotel and a cute B&B. We loved the room and the house and the directions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Jackie and Julie gave us nothing less than exceptional hospitality, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to a bed & breakfast. Pillow Street was the perfect rest stop on my boyfriend and I’s trip to the smokies. We can’t stop talking about the breakfast these lovely ladies made for us. From enjoying freshly cut fruit, homemade granola and blackberry jam, to the cozy private room & bathroom, we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Lori and her partner Luis were incredibly accommodating and kind during my stay with them. They have a lovely dog who I only met because I asked to meet her, otherwise you wouldn't know she's there. If you do meet her, she's a real treat. The space is beautiful and clean and Lori and Luis were very helpful when I checked in late and (accidentally) ordered dinner to arrive 15 minutes before I arrived home one night. I parked my car in their driveway with ease and got to downtown Nashville easily via Uber. As a solo female, it can be a little daunting to stay in a home with someone, but the vibes were immaculate from the moment I got in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and beautiful; I highly recommend Lori and Luis (and doggy Gem) as hosts.

The space was exactly as listed. The rented space is the upstairs of the host’s residential home, but is separated from the main level so that it still feels private. Check-in was easy, and the host was quickly responsive to questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 and had enough space to sleep comfortably. The host provided snacks, filtered water, coffee, etc as well which was a nice touch. About a 15 minute drive to the airport, which was convenient. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at a great price!

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay in Red Bay. And with the nicely landscaped backyard with privacy fencing it was perfect for our two dogs to run around in. In fact, we just left the door which opens to their backyard open so the dogs could come and go as they wanted. They would chase each other, come in to get a drink, go out and lay in the grass then start all over. By the end of they day they had big doggy grins but couldn't keep their eyes open! Big comfy king-sized bed and full amenities including a washer and dryer. This place was perfect for a stay while our RV was being repaired.

Loved staying at this antebellum style home! Variety of antiques everywhere were interesting. Harlan was very friendly & made delicious breakfasts, including scratch biscuits. Loved the peaceful country setting, including deer, squirrels, birds & butterflies. Not far from town, where we enjoyed supper at Western Sirloin steakhouse. Mini fridge with waters, chocolates & flowers in room were very nice too! Harlan was so nice, he lit the firepit for us, but we didn’t get back in time to enjoy it. We enjoyed relaxing on the upstairs patio. Bed was comfy & shower pressure was good. His little fur baby Rocky was so sweet & cute too! Glad I found Harlan’s B & B on here! Easy to find & clear instructions to check in. Definitely recommend his place!

Our stay was perfect! Before our trip even started, Roxana sent us a detailed message, telling us how to find the place, how to get inside, and what to expect. Everything was exactly was described. Very clean and cozy! We loved the comfortable bed and the large shower head. I loved relaxing in the large tub with jets. Roxana was extremely responsive to all our messages and was always very kind. Any issues we had (like with the portable a/c) were fixed as soon as possible, and Roxana treated it as if she were entering *our* home- she communicated before, during, and after going into the room. Highly recommend Roxana and this Airbnb!

This is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful hosts! It was quiet and the breakfast was delicious! Shelley is a wonderful host and Jonas always answered quickly when we had questions. We would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

The host is courteous and responsive. The location looks just like the photos. There is a lot to do inside of the home. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We booked the bed and breakfast last minute. How lucky were we to still get a room here! Sir Kenn was super nice and accommodating to any of our requests. Then he made us the best breakfast and even brought it outside to the pool where we enjoyed a quiet morning:) highly recommend this place.

A Perfect Getaway! I can't say enough wonderful things about this little gem of a bed and breakfast! It's the perfect combination of cozy charm and thoughtful hospitality. The house is absolutely adorable-warm, inviting, and impeccably kept. But what truly makes this place special is the couple who runs it. They are the sweetest, most welcoming hosts you could ever hope for. Every little detail, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the lovingly prepared breakfast, reflects how much they care. Speaking of breakfast—it was fabulous. Fresh, delicious, and made with love. I left feeling so refreshed and pampered. If you're looking for a peaceful, heartwarming place to stay, this is it. I can't wait to come back!

I don't even know where to begin! We arrived in the dark and the place was easy to find because all the nice lights along the driveway! Approaching the treehouse and seeing it for the first time at night is truly magical! I would almost suggest arriving in the evening haha. We had some nice thunderstorms roll through on the second day and Cherisa was very kind to suggest a couple local storm shelters if need be. (We ended not needing it). Watching the lightening from the upper (covered) deck was probably one of my favorite experiences on our trip! The thunder is SO LOUD down in the creek valley! On our last night there was a barn owl in the tree near the hot tub that we got to watch. It's a palace in the trees! Every last detail was just perfect! The linens were all soft and fresh, and the place smelled amazing! We will definitely come back again! Amazing hosts, amazing treehouse. This is a vacation I will be reminiscing for a long time. Thank you so much for everything!

Can't begin to explain how amazing our stay was. Valerie and Tracey made us feel right at home, the kids couldn't contain their excitement and did not want to leave. This was our first time staying with a host and couldn't have been more pleasant of a stay. Tracey was great with the kids explaining all the animals and showing them how to feed them. Winston, Hank and Bentley were always excited to greet us and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend any locations hosted by Tracey and Valerie to everyone!
