Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Tennessee River

Great stay for our first trip to Nashville! easy to locate and walkable but in a quiet area of town. location was clean and had all the things needed for a few days stay!

This is such a hidden gem! We absolutely LOVED this place as it reminded us of our old Airbnb we used to host. Savannah was so friendly and accommodating and the space was way bigger than we expected. This truly is what southern hospitality looks like. STAY HERE, you really won't regret it.

Definitely enjoyed staying here and would do it again. Was the perfect size for just my boyfriend and I. Very grateful to have been able to stay here

It was so peaceful, sitting on the porch was so relaxing. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Patty was friendly and very welcoming. She invited us up to her porch, we laughed and had a great visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a grwat time staying, Mary was great and very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be staying again next time I am in the area.

Amanda was responsive and communicated throughout our stay. Our plane landed early and she was able to let us check in early. The location is perfect to Broadway and Printers Alley. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Terri was a wonderful host. She gave us hiking and restaurant ideas and was accommodating to our 1 year old who can be a handful. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Big Canoe.

If Emily's place is available, don't look elsewhere, book right away! 10 stars! Our stay was amazing! It is adorable and so homey. The bedrooms were so quaint and the beds were very comfortable! The loft area was so cute and we wanted to stay up there but since there were just 3 of us, we decided to stay in the downstair bedrooms but if you have children or a larger party, the loft is just so cute! Emily really put so much thought into everything down to the plugs for your charging. We had so many outlets for charging our phones, etc. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, switches were labeled, etc. which was so helpful! She has a great kitchen with a great frig so you can bring in all your own drinks, and snacks. She even has a great washer and dryer! Emily was an amazing host! I am from California and we were visiting during tornado season. We got a tornado warning, I called Emily at night and she answered right away and was so reassuring and answered all ?s

We loved the quiet country setting and the hometown atmosphere of the area.

This home was quaint and cozy but had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Perfect amount of space for our family of six. In a lovely neighborhood and was a great location for us to adventure in and around Nashville. Jami was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. Definitely recommend for a great stay in Nashville!

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

Matthew is a great host with a lovely home! He is friendly and very responsive. He provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, making the process easy. He also checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s also close to downtown Nashville! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay and experience here! Easy travel to downtown area as well and some walkability to more local places.

Place was nice ! However I did not like that there was no curtains on huge window facing traffic and sidewalks. Other than that, place was tidy and host was quick to respond :) I enjoyed my stay in Nashville ❤️

Great location for a lower price. Clean and lot of open space. Nice moderne design.

There was some tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling fan from the people before us but overall it was clean and a great place to stay!

Everything you would hope for in an Airbnb! Location, clean, stocked with everything you need, fun amenities, and hot tub worked great! Host did a great job providing a hospitable experience. We will be back!

We had a great time and the place perfectly met our needs. The check-in instructions (complete with photos) were clear and easy to follow. The building itself feels quiet & safe, as well as being clean and updated. Bring a noise machine or use a phone app for road noise at night; that was the only downside of being close to a main road.
