Vacation rentals with lake access in Tennessee River

It was 5 stars all around! The accommodations (comfy beds and well stocked) including views of the lake and great porch furniture to help enjoy it. Excellent communication. Exactly as it is listed - spectacular in all aspects. Full disclosure- I booked and came down ill but the group who has definite standards loved everything! I also face timed them and got to share the views which were stunning! Hope to book again one day!

We loved This house! It was the perfect spot on the lake, and the covered boat dock was great! It even had a swing to sit and relax in while the kids enjoyed kayaking and trying to paddle board which gave us lots of laughs 😊 The host supplied the home with so many complimentary items if you forget anything no worries she has it available for you, such a nice change from most of the homes we rent while on vacation! The driveway is perfect especially if pulling a boat or even if you want to take daily walks as I did. The beds are always a big deal for us as we want clean and comfortable and this house had both, they was so comfortable and clean and fresh!! You can truly tell that the host cares about her renters and making their stay amazing!! I could go on and on about this home but unfortunately there is not enough room for me to type all that i need to ..lol...Thank you again Debbie for allowing us to stay in your home, as we truly loved your place and had a wonderful time!

Diane was a great host! the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. we enjoyed the porch swings and utdoor amenities. we didn't want to leave. The kitchen was STOCKED...not just a pot or two and silverware. we grilled and enjoyed supper on the porch the second night. so well kept and clean. The best weekend away we have had in a while. Also I had left a couple items behind the door that Diane messaged me about and was so helpful and went out of her way to leave with family to bring back home! 12/10 all the way around🥰

Gary’s place was beyond perfect. The peaceful setting was exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. The house had everything you could need and more. Gary has thought of everything. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely book again.

Great experience and hosts! The space was exactly as described and as pictured. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When our plans changed unexpectedly the hosts gave us recommendations for area attractions and activities. The location was easy to find, very private, and perfect for our travel needs. Would highly recommend this location!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

We had the best time, it rained most of the time this weekend, but drinking coffee on the deck, while looking out at the river was great.. we can't wait for our longer stay next month. The boat dock was perfect. We tied off at night instead of pulling the boat out of the water.. the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock also.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. I would definitely recommend Vicki’s Airbnb and if I am ever in the Gallatin area again I would love to stay again. Thank you Vicki!

This studio apartment was perfect for an overnight stay. The description on Airbnb was accurate, we loved the lake inspired theme and the bed was comfortable. The location was great with little to no noise, the pizza shop (next door) was closed and we did not hear any noise from the tattoo shop above the apartment. We would recommend this place to anyone needed a safe place to stay overnight. Bonus it’s pet friendly!

On the river! Get pub and food. Comfy bed!

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and Nate was friendly and communicative. The location was perfect for us as we were there for events taking place a block away, and there were many great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We rented this cottage last minute for our weekend trip to go hang gliding nearby. It was exactly as it was described. Very secure location that is gated. Well decorated interior with anything and everything you could possibly need; you just have to supply your own food. So many extra amenities made it special like the different types of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. James and Angela were very hospitable and were quick to respond when I couldn’t get the door to unlock when we arrived after 7:30 pm. We brought our fishing rods to fish at their beautiful pond, but we ran out of daylight. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay there again should we ever end up back in that area. You can’t go wrong renting this cottage. We thoroughly enjoy our stay!!

My husband and I came to stay for our anniversary trip. We absolutely loved A Hard Day’s Night. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the firepit or the dock. But we had an amazing time relaxing inside. We will definitely book again if we’re in the area.

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Five star

Such a great spot on the lake and the house really takes advantage with great views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Perfect little cottage! We had such a great time we’re making this a yearly trip!

Trudy’s home on the lake was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I for the long weekend. Close proximity to a lot of natural beauty with waterfalls and hiking trails. It’s also right on the lake and I loved spending an afternoon in my hammock on the dock. The bugs stayed away until the sun started going down! This older home has lots of natural charm with sweet homey touches like extra quilts and lots of classic floral decor! I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children because there are several (adorable) decorative elements that might be prone to breakage and there is nothing preventing access to the lake once outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! We liked that we could stay out in the country but still be close enough to explore Chattanooga, and it was an easy hour drive up to Fall Creek Falls State Park. The cottage was lovely and cozy and had a lot of character.

Ron & Bekah's Cabin was a 100% hit as far as Airbnbs go. The place was peaceful and quiet, comfy and cozy. Very much a small cabin feel, but with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our intent was to get some rest from very busy work schedules and this place satisfied that need to the tee. There was fishing and boat ramp access a few minutes walk away. If you drove, it's right around the corner. Although you're in the country, fast food, dining and Wal-mart are less than 5 miles away. The best of both worlds. Cabin was clean with plenty of items that people often forget available for use. There were some very friendly neighborhood dogs that greeted me and that kept watch while I was there alone. Tell your neighbors "Thank You" for the extra security. LOL
