If you are looking for a beautiful Oceanside stay, Andy’s place is perfect! The pictures in the description do not capture the pure beauty of the grounds and beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. You are literally steps to the beach. The hot tub was amazing and very private for being shared. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It is close to several dining spots. Andy made sure you had everything you needed. I was very happy with our stay! When our family visits Oceanside again I will always book here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs. Myself, my friends, and family have all stayed here multiple times due to the large space for guests, walkability to the beach and restaurants, and overall fantastic location! Amy is always extremely helpful and is a fantastic host! I highly recommend her spot!

If you’re staying in Oceanside, don’t look any further! This is a phenomenal Airbnb in the perfect location. Very quiet at night. Walking distance to downtown. Pool/hot tub are very nice too.

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Oceanside! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier. Check-in was a breeze, and the place was stocked with thoughtful conveniences like Ziploc bags and other essentials that made our stay so easy. As parents traveling with a little one, we especially appreciated the umbrella stroller, pack and play, and high chair—they were total lifesavers and made our trip so much smoother. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at La Costa! The host was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was great—within walking distance to a shopping center and just a short drive to Carlsbad Village, Encinitas, and the beach. Having access to the on-site restaurant and bar was a nice convenience, and the entire staff was incredible. One thing to note: fitness amenities are not currently available to guests. The hotel fitness center and the private PFC gym were not accessible, and guests could not rent equipment to use the tennis and pickleball courts. Fitness enthusiasts may want to explore alternative options. That said, we enjoyed long walks around the beautiful property and the surrounding neighborhood, which made up for it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property and the host!

Nice unit, clean and tidy. Certainly better than a hotel room for about the same price. Good central location. Having the washer and dryer and the private parking space was a welcome bonus.

Great location, loved staying here. lovely walk to oceanside harbor and oceanside harbor beach- only a 10 minute walk!! the condo was actually better looking than the pictures. Hidden gem for sure.

Marla's Place is amazing and we would absolutely return. Marla's attention to detail from the decor of the home (all switches clearly labeled) to the pictures that accompanied the written instructions really made a difference in our experience. The home was immaculate and contained everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from beach towels and chairs, to coffee pods waiting so we could make a cup of coffee on a cold rainy day, this place has it all! The location is quiet and peaceful and walking the grounds of the nearby Omni Resort should not be missed. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy drinking it in the courtyard to make an amazing start to your day. The building itself was quiet and we rarely heard any noise from others. Marla was a fantastic host. She provided recommendations, notified us of an unexpected water outage in a timely manner and responded whenever we needed anything at all. She was warm, friendly, and we would stay with her again without hesitation. We will be back.

Appreciated Hildy’s arrival and parking directions - very helpful! The complex grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the beach due to the “marine layer”(fog/mist) most days at this time of year, but Hildy has lots of beach amenities available if we had wanted to go (chairs, boogie boards, wagon, towels…). The marine layer is an interesting phenomenon; just 1-2 blocks inland there were sunny blue skies! The walks over to the Harbor and along The Strand to the Pier and downtown were easy and pleasant. Lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy in downtown. If you’re there on a Thursday evening check out the Sunset Street Market!

Loved this place. We were close to everything. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and had so much to do. Wish we had more time to explore it all. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and in a perfect, quiet location that made my stay both comfortable and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great location. Comfortable mattress. Clean. Only downside was the WiFi. I couldn’t even send an email. In their defense, I didn’t tell anybody about the WiFi and if I had, I’m confident they would have addressed it. Very responsive host. Still a 5 star stay.

Nice location with ocean view. Murphy bed was great. We enjoyed our stay here! Street noise was minimal after dark and portable a/c in bedroom was fantastic!

Great place perfect for a family!! Very clean, lovely friendly host, and the staff at the Welk were super nice and gracious. I would stay here again with my family.

Alex was very responsive and went the extra mile. The place was exactly as described-nicely decorated in a modern masculine feel. Easy to park, and everything we needed was there. There isn’t a ton to do in a walkable distance but it was very quiet and peaceful and plenty around to drive to. We did walk to the resort once and have dinner overlooking the golf course and that was lovely!

Fabulous stay! 5 stars. Cannot beat it for the price! Nothing but great things to say about this stay. Faces away from beach, but still has a slim view of the ocean from the pseudo lookout balcony. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops- and obvi, right on the beach and near multiple playgrounds. We watched the sunset almost every night from the neighboring benches. Host was very responsive and helpful! Already looking for dates to come back! Next time, we hope to stay in their larger, ocean facing unit! Great place!

My family loved our stay at this property. My teenage daughters could hit the beach or shop nearby and we never worried about them. Also, the view is phenomenal from the 3rd floor. A few people said a drawback was the parking lot in front of the complex, but it didn't bother us a bit. You can hear any cars or noise whatsoever because the sound of the waves cancel any outside noise. It was extremely clean and the host is an awesome communicator. We absolutely loved it! We will stay here again for sure.

Kimberly was very accommodating and provided a beautiful experience. Her home is modern, but yet very cozy and clean. Woukd highly recommend. Pillowes were the best!!!

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you Warren.

We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Robyn’s condo! It is in a nice spot close to the beach and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. It was great to be able to access the hot tub and pool, we had it to ourselves both nights! Robyn was very responsive and helpful, we definitely recommend staying here.
