really enjoyed my stay here. Karen and her husband Andrew were very responsive to any questions or concerns. very nice people. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

We loved the place for a long weekend getaway. Had everything needed to cook meals. We ate and spent the evenings out on the wonderful porch. Would definitely book again.

Adrienne‘s place was great for what we needed, which was a spot to settle for two nights while on a road trip. Adrienne and Justin were so friendly and even let my kids feed the goats while we were there. The interior of the home was exactly as the photos show! The exterior of the home did not have a great usable space for kids to run, which is what I was most eager for. The backyard had a very steep incline that went down to a basement access, and we could not have the toddler running around without being on top of him. It was also very close to the road so being out front wasn’t an option either. Overall the house was not very “kid friendly” for a child under the age of three. The location was great as we were only 20 minutes from Johnson City, which had wonderful restaurants and things to do.

Barbara and Jim were so wonderfully nice and accommodating. The amenities at this place are INSANE. Barbara even went above and beyond to help us find a remote for the TV that had previously been missing. We had a couple conversations and they are great listeners and Jim even is a veteran. We got to meet the dog on the logo, Storm, and he was cool too! We even received a mug with the logo with Storm on it. You can tell Barb really loves doing this because the attention to detail is so great that she left a heartfelt, typed out LETTER on our table for Valentine's Day. It included our son even (That unfortunately wasn't with us). She also left chocolate hearts on the table for us. The snacks were a lifesaver as we didn't pack enough food. The place is PRISTINE. The shower is AMAZING. There's a blow dryer. Plenty of linens. Cleaning supplies. BATTERIES. Laundry with detergent provided. Free soap. The mattress was so fitting and so soft. The covers were warm and cozy. DO IT.
