The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our spacious apartment Glacierblick is 2 storey. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a living room with access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Sleeping in the Adlerhorst: A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds. The glazed gallery offers on the one hand connecting views of the living area and on the other hand also a homely retreat and resting place.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

The Schlickerbach crosses Fulpmes from north to south and passes our house in the center with a soothing sound. We offer a quiet and sunny location in the center of Fulpmes: train station, bus, local amenities, cafes, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance.
