We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy.
