New apartment, clean and comfortable. Olga is very kind, helpful, precise and punctual. As soon as we arrived she showed us the house, pointed out some places where we could have breakfast and eat. In the fridge we found 1 bottle of cold still water and 1 sparkling water, coffee pods and everything you need to cook (oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc.). All I can do is thank you and recommend it to everyone!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The welcome was warm and uncomplicated, and the cleanliness of the house was spotless. Especially the spacious and completely fenced outdoor area was a highlight – our two dogs could romp around there to their heart's content. The location is also ideal to enjoy the culinary delights of the Marche and Emilia-Romagna. Communication with Francesco, Mariaelena, and the whole team was smooth and efficient. We would definitely book this house again and can only recommend it!

Very nice house, clean, spacious and cozy. I really appreciated the large terrace where you can eat outdoors or relax. The village is quiet halfway between the sea of Cattolica and the hinterland where you can visit the castles and ducal residences of the place: in 15 minutes you can reach all the places of interest; great for spending a relaxing vacation. Finally, I recommend Franco, he gave me all the information to welcome me.

Our stay was exactly what we expected and wanted. The view was spectacular! Cozy and comfortable, a wonderful outdoor space, very well equipped kitchen, and lovely song birds in the morning and evening. Roberto was friendly and always very responsive.
