Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tavullia

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

The location is perfect, centrally located and direct to the canal, cozy and very intimate. Valerio was very kind and professional, I recommend anyone to stay in this facility.

A beautiful and well-kept stay in every detail, both from an aesthetic point of view and cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and instruments of excellent quality. The location expresses great potential, unfortunately we stayed during the rainy days but the comfort of the property compensated widely without ruining our short vacation. Michele was present and receptive, a great host. I recommend everyone to stay with him.

Maria and her family are very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable. The property and pool are beautiful, there is a volleyball court - even with floodlight, table tennis, beach tennis, foosball and a kiosk where you can buy drinks, ice cream and sandwiches. You can sit very nicely outside and eat and you have a beautiful view in all directions. Maria and her son Manuel helped with all the questions right away. There are many historic small towns to visit close by. The Sirio bedroom is even more beautiful than in the photos - a fantastic panorama on all sides. Air conditioning is also very helpful during July and August. We found it a bit unfortunate that there were also day guests by the pool. This made it pretty busy, especially on the weekends. But otherwise an absolutely recommendable place to stay.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Very nice, quiet surroundings. Great house, equipped with the essentials. Washing machine is great. A good restaurant is within 15 minutes walking distance. In 15 minutes by car you are in the next largest town with shopping center etc. as well as by the sea. However, without a car, it is difficult to plan activities. Price/performance is great and the hostess very helpful and nice.

It’s a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay there. We were really happy about the steaming sauna and dry sauna, it was like a wellness week. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has enough space for 4-6 people! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything is perfect!! AMAZING stay and home!

The accommodation was just like in the pictures – very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect as well, with all surrounding towns easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is a super spacious villa. We had access just to the ground floor (basement and the first floor were locked) but it was enough to accommodate 5 of us quite comfortably. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has 3 parking spots (more cars can be parked if needed). It took about 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Our car battery died and we were helped by jump starting the car and then by calling the mechanics (note that it was mid August - a lot of mechanics were on vacations). In summary: super spacious and comfortable villa, friendly and helpful people.

Very nice and clean villa in a fantastic location. The villa also offers enough space for several people (we were eleven) and has everything you need. The landlords are very friendly and always available when needed. Communication in English was also possible smoothly thanks to the son.

We spent Easter weekend at this very cozy villa, spacious spaces, everything very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for 16 people. Comfortable rooms with attached bathroom. The manicured garden. The small indoor pool with jacuzzi has allowed us to relax in small groups. We will return, perhaps in summer, to make the most of the garden and have a nice swim in the outdoor pool. A special thank you to Davide who welcomed us warmly. See you next time. Marilù and company
