Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tavullia

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and woods, the outdoor space great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept, the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and diligent in solving small problems due to the rain and cold of the first days. Beautiful vacation

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Graziano's apartment is large, comfortable, clean, super equipped and located in a very convenient location for those like us who wanted to visit Anghiari, Citerna, Città di Castello and San Sepolcro. I have not personally met Graziano, but he has always been present and attentive to respond to messages. I find the value for money of the house excellent and the cleanliness (alas not so obvious) excellent.

Beautiful experience. The accommodation is accessible through a dirt road and at times a little steep and narrow, but still well maintained and accessible by car, the location is definitely worth the trip. Beautiful landscape, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. Very special accommodation, a combination of rustic and modern elements that makes it very welcoming and pleasant. Hosts really available and kind. If we can, we will definitely be back. ❤️

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

Romina is a very welcoming and kind host. My partner and I stayed a week in her annex and had a very good time. We were greeted by her in person upon arrival, with flexible check-in time, and guided step-by-step on how to settle into her home and the area, with several tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation was perfectly clean and fragrant, with some small amenities not commonly found in other Airbnb accommodations. We also had the company of her three beautiful dogs in the garden, calm and cuddly. The area offers a lot to visit, we in particular explored the most beautiful beaches of Conero, various villages such as Recanati, Jesi and Offagna and the caves of Frasassi, just to give a few examples. I recommend Romina's accommodation, you feel at home.

Cordiality, availability and kindness towards the guest! The house is located on the second floor of a very nice building, with an elevator. We found the house heated! Highly recommended!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Amazing location behind the medieval walls, you feel like you are in a historic movie. The property is very well maintained, beautiful view from the bedroom, very cosy and warm. And the best is the host - Erica was very atentative and responsive, she came to fetch us from the parking lot and to show us the house, the fire was burning and making the place even cosier and she had left everything we could need - water (and not just a bottle, but enough for the whole stay), coffee capsules, milk, olive oil home production- by the way, don't forget to buy a bottle when you go, it is fantastic, and - a cake for my birthday. I am really sorry I don't speak Italian and she doesn't speak English, so we could talk more, since I feel she is a very interesting person. Communication was very good though, in two words - highly recommended.

If you want to stay with peace of mind and do motor activities or by bike, it is the perfect place, the manager is always available and very friendly, easy access without stairs, great

We have already been here for the 3rd time - that says it all :-)

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

We spent New Year's here with seven friends. We came together from different parts of the world and Italy to spend quality time away from the cities in a quiet and welcoming place. This is exactly what we found at Villa Cerfoglio. Licia welcomed us to a place that far exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful, cozy, warm, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The surrounding landscapes are beautiful, as are the stars that can be seen at night in this place so calm that it gives peace. The barbecue outside then allowed us to have one of the most beautiful and convivial barbecues we've ever had. Licia was a very kind and helpful host right from the start, but we were really surprised when she also left us food in the fridge and pantry to welcome us. It was a wonderful experience and we are already thinking about when to come back next summer. Thanks Licia 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️

Very nice accommodation with adequate spaces to accommodate a large group of people (there were 12 of us). We spent New Year's Eve at Casa Bellavista, a place that definitely expresses better all its potential in the summer season but still very suitable for those who want to spend a weekend together in a very quiet area. Celeri in his responses and always very available, we will definitely consider coming back even in the summer to spend a few days there.

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.
