i stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we fell so in love with the house and the area until we extended for another night. That said, I highly recommend to those who want to experience a quiet weekend to consider the location and quality of the structure.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Beautiful experience. The accommodation is accessible through a dirt road and at times a little steep and narrow, but still well maintained and accessible by car, the location is definitely worth the trip. Beautiful landscape, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. Very special accommodation, a combination of rustic and modern elements that makes it very welcoming and pleasant. clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea... we stayed with our cats. The house is convenient for reaching the promenade and the beach, tidy and clean; equipped with all comforts, from the dishwasher to the laundry, air conditioning and bicycles, outdoor space and reserved parking space. The welcome basket with snacks and pastries for breakfast was much appreciated. Kindness and availability from the host. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful 5 days: clean and very comfortable house. All spaces were well organized, cared for, and functional. Graziella and Emanuele are very welcoming and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in the beginning of September. The accommodation is a beautiful place on top of the hill with an amazing view over the landscapes of Tuscany. It was clean and the equipment was simple but completely sufficient. The host was super friendly and gave us good tips for trips in this area. Nevertheless you should prepare for the fact that the host on site hardly speaks English. We still found a way to communicate well and it was lovely to talk to him. Most things were sorted out through his son via texting anyway. That went super well. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to coming back!

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips on the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always ready with answers and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present are the parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment, which is located in a point where it is easy to move around the various places to visit in the area. From the caves of Frasassi to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
