Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tavullia

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Esperienza bellissima!!!! L’host stato davvero molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Anche la cortesia dei genitori di Silvio davvero delle persone squisite. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. La casa era super bella, oltre le nostre aspettative forse le foto non rendono ma è sicuramente molto più bella dal vivo. Soggiorno rilassante, la piscina l’abbiamo sfruttata sempre e loro venivano presto la mattina a pulirla senza mai dare fastidio. Abbiamo anche fatto una partitella a calcetto con dei ragazzi del posto…molto bravi! e Leo ha portato pure i gelati 😊 Abbiamo avuto anche dei doni da parte loro…una cesta di pomodori del loro orto. Consigliatissimo

Bellissima esperienza. l'alloggio è raggiungibile attraverso una strada sterrata ed a tratti un po' ripida e stretta, ma comunque ben tenuta e percorribile in auto, la location vale decisamente il viaggio. Paesaggio splendido, immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Alloggio molto particolare, un'insieme di elementi rustici e moderni che lo rende molto accogliente e piacevole. Host davvero disponibili e gentili. Potendo, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

Nice apartment, great location, wonderful Host!

Wir haben 10 Tage über Ostern hier Mitten im Parco San Bartolo verbringen dürfen - ein echtes Privileg! Das Haus und der sehr grosszügige Garten haben uns schlicht entzückt: es war sehr ruhig, die Natur im Frühlingsstatus. Im Park selber haben wir diverse kleine Touren gemacht, aber auch das weitere Umfeld lud ein zu Entdeckungstouren. Zwar haben wir keine Glühwürmchen gesehen, dafür ein Fasan und Mitten in der Nacht das Grunzen eines Wildschweins im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen.

Alloggio come da foto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Zona tranquilla e verde, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 15 min circa. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto.

Marco è un host unico, ma soprattutto una persona stupenda! Fin dal momento della prenotazione è stato molto amichevole ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il giorno del check in ci ha accolti personalmente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, accogliendoci con dei biscottini. L’appartamento è proprio in centro Anghiari, che più centro di così non si può! Comodissimo da raggiungere dal parcheggio gratuito che porta con l’ascensore fin sopra il borgo. Da lì una manciata di passi a piedi e si è proprio di fronte l’appartamento di Marco. L’alleggio è molto accogliente, spazioso e ha tutto il necessario, anzi molto di più (persino smart tv e PlayStation). Inoltre, menzione d’onore al letto matrimoniale: è super comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Se venite ad Anghiari, scegliete Marco e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete. Qualità/Prezzo di questo tipo in centro storico non se ne trovano! Un abbraccio e alla prossima!!

Posto bellissimo corrispondente a quanto visto tramite foto. Abbiamo passato 2 giorni bellissimi e nel massimo confort. Il signor Giuseppe è stata una persona disponibile ed accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Se volete alloggiare in tutta tranquillità e fare attività motorie o in bici è il posto perfetto, il gestore sempre disponibile e molto cordiale facile accesso senza scale, ottimo

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla, è molto comodo e ampio e ha un patio incantevole. Guido e la moglie sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. Soggiorno perfetto, un luogo dove tornare!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub in Claudias Haus! Es liegt in wunderbarer ruhiger Umgebung ist dennoch gut zu erreichen, man muss lediglich etwas von der Hauptstrasse weg. Dafür erwartet einen eine herrliche Landschaft und absolute Ruhe. Das Haus war blitzsauber, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sicher eines der besten, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Claudia ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die insbesondere bemüht ist, den Gästen viele Tipps für Unternehmungen zu geben. Sie ist sehr gut erreichbar, sympathisch und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man etwas fragt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um die nördlichen Marken zu besichtigen. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke nochmals an Claudia!

Wir waren nun bereits das 3. Mal hier - das sagt doch schon alles :-)

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Abbiamo passato qui il capodanno tra 7 amici. Ci siamo riuniti da diverse parti del mondo e dell’Italia per passare del tempo di qualità lontano dalle città in un luogo tranquillo ed accogliente. Questo è proprio ciò che abbiamo trovato a Villa Cerfoglio. Licia ci ha accolto in un luogo che ha superato di molto le nostre aspettative. La villa è bellissima, accogliente, calda, fornita di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. I paesaggi attorno sono stupendi, come anche le stelle che si riescono a vedere di notte in questo luogo così calmo che da pace. Il barbecue all’esterno ci ha poi permesso di fare una delle grigliate più belle e conviviali mai fatte prima. Licia è stata fin da subito una gentilissima e disponibile host, ma ci ha proprio sorpreso quando al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto anche trovare nel frigo e nella dispensa del cibo per accoglierci. È stata una esperienza bellissima e stiamo già pensando a quando tornarci la prossima estate. Grazie Licia 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️

Alloggio molto bello con spazi adeguati ad ospitare un gruppo numeroso di persone (noi eravamo 12). Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso Casa Bellavista, alloggio che sicuramente esprime meglio tutte le sue potenzialità in stagione estiva ma comunque adattissimo anche per chi vuole passare un weekend in compagnia in una zona molto tranquilla. Celeri nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili, sicuramente valuteremo se tornare anche d’estate per trascorrerci qualche giorno.

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!
