Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

David was extremely communicative and helpful. A great host and if we are in Oliva again, we will request his place

The beach is a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

Great getaway to relax with the sound of the sea. The terrace, tranquility and its views are the best part of the apartment. There are dishwashers that are not in the description. All very close at hand. Can't wait to be back. Thank you Laura for your kind.

We had a wonderful week at El Portet Beach. Great contact with Almarina before our stay and an early check in was extremely helpful. The villa/house is absolutely beautiful and very cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay and lots of storage and space. The garden area is beautiful and very well maintained. What surprised us most was how peaceful it was but in less than 5 minutes you are on El Portet beach. We really hope to return and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Well, perfect accommodation, we truly felt right at home, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, near the Arenal, just a 10-minute walk away, and right in front of a spectacular diving area, a very quiet organization and a garden with a barbecue, where we enjoyed some fantastic days

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

A beautiful family stay, everything was perfect...the welcome by Mirella, Allessandra's mother, a charming and caring lady. Mirella welcomes you with great kindness and gave us some great tips for our walks. Discreet, but meeting her was a real pleasure for a cordial and joyful exchange. I recommend this wonderful, peaceful place, with all the amenities.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment
