Jenni was a fabulous host, very responsive and great to communicate with. The house has lovely views out over the beach and was more than suitable to the needs of our large group. The location was superb, 2min walk to the beach, dairy and takeaways within a couple of minutes in either direction. There’s also a local skate park, pump track and playground for the kids near Gordon Spratt reserve plus some lovely walks. Comfortable beds and kitchen very well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year. Thank you Jenni & Chris :)

Jen’s place was beautiful. We had a relaxing time over the long weekend. The location is perfect 8min walk to main strip of Mt Maunganui. We loved our view of the mount and how close it was to the beach front. Jen’s place had everything from fully equipped kitchen, relaxing linens and beautiful bathroom.

One of the best BnB’s I’ve stayed in for quite some time. It was perfect for our family group (my mum, daughter and myself). We really appreciated the immaculate, warm, super comfortable beds, board games and wonderful bath!

We loved the property and our stay here. A few things we would like to mention though. The lowest bedroom off the garage was really hot and no fan was available in that room so we struggled with the heat (we stayed in the middle of summer). And parking was a nuisance as it was really busy and we parked quite far down the road and around the corner for one of the days. Otherwise everything was amazing! Thankyou

Great place to stay and perfect location for what we needed. Very well renovated and excellently presented accommodation. Everything you would expect and more - large comfy sofas, California King bed, all mod cons and even the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. Alex was great - gave us all the info we needed and on hand but we had no issues or need to call. If we need something similar again then this place would be first on the list - highly recommended.

Summer at Mt Maunganui Beach!

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

It was a lovely stay at Tracey’s! It was in the centre with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes near by as-well as a 15 minute drive/bus ride to the mount. Tracey was so lovely and made us feel comfortable and welcome :) her boarder Ryan was also lovely and it was great chatting to them both as well as getting great recommendations of things to do and places to see. The place was really clean and tidy with privacy and the two dogs were friendly and a great bonus for dog lovers like us :)

I recently stayed at Charlotte’s wonderful Airbnb. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a peaceful retreat. I especially enjoyed the cozy patio where I could unwind in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Such a beautiful peaceful area to stay, very clean, it had all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay and also had great air conditioning inside for the amazing weather. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a nice place just to get away, to enjoy the peaceful ness of Tauranga. Nice and Cosy. Loved this house 💙

We enjoyed a relaxing 4 night stay in Brett and Leonie’s apartment. The accommodation was exactly as described and perfectly clean. Although the living space is small it is well equipped and was a comfortable spot to relax in after a busy day of activities. Would definitely recommend to others.

Truly outstanding holiday in a very special place that we will never forget. Great house to stay that really felt like home so much we extended our stay. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, the neighbours are lovely too - everyone is. Would love to go back.

I highly recommend Lillie and this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family, giving everyone a place to enjoy together but also giving everyone their own space. The three levels worked well. The lift was out of order however this didn’t not concern us at all. We didn’t mind using the stairs between levels. There was parking space for two cars and Lillie was very accommodating when I asked about parking for our third car. There was plenty of roadside parking available. The two large decks were a bonus with plenty of seating and not to mention the view. This lovely home has everything you could ask for. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Stayed for a month. Kate and Nick were friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. They even lent us a guitar when my husband was missing his own. Beach was stunning, lots of restaurants nearby, movie theatre, and shopping. Very enjoyable stay.
