Great location, minutes walk to the beach and shops if needed. The house was very spacious so was great for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linen. Big kitchen to cook in with all the amenities you need. Spa was a nice touch and there’s a ping pong table in the garage which was enjoyable!

Truly outstanding holiday in a very special place that we will never forget. Great house to stay that really felt like home so much we extended our stay. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, the neighbours are lovely too - everyone is. Would love to go back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s place. Had everything we needed, close to nice walks, and a short drive to the CBD and beach. Really appreciated that we were able to bring our dog and that the front section was fully fenced. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location! We walked to the beach with boogie boards and had a blast! Rooms were a little warm at night, we had windows open at first but bugs were coming in (no screens), but there was an AC in the living room and fans in the rooms! Loved having washer and dryer!

We had a fantaatic stay at Debbie's place which is located in a nice quiet area but still an easy walk to the beach or even to the shopping centre. Debbie was awesome with communication, sending a personal message on top of the auto message for a smooth checkin as well as checking in that we got in okay later that day. We were able to check in early at the last minute too. The house had everything you could need and much more, really a home away from home. The outdoor shower with hot water was a stand out feature. Perfect place to stay for a large group of family or friends, highly recommend.

It was a delight to stay in Liz's house, modern, cosy, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom nice and clean with lots of towels, super comfortable warm beds and everywhere Liz's touch on the decor. The location is amazing, the view amazing and so close to the beach you feel like you are almost on the beach - and always a pleasure to return home after you have been out . Thank you for letting us stay in your house liz.

We had an awesome stay at Mel's beautiful house in Oropi. Whilst it felt quite rural (could hear cows mooing in the morning), it was a really short drive to supermarkets, a major mall complex, golf courses and many other offerings around Tauranga. That said, felt like we barely needed to leave the house as it's a beautiful and big space - easily large enough to accommodate three small families. The pool area and outside spaces are awesome - and the multiple bedrooms and living spaces meant everyone in our stay was comfy. Awesome Airbnb for families. I'd highly recommend.

What a treat to be able to stay right on the waters edge with views all the way to The Mount. The accommodation was perfect and Andrew and Tani were super flexible with our check in and even popped in to switch on the heating so when we arrived back late that evening the whole place was warm and inviting. Wish we were there for longer!

Jolene’s beach house has unbelievably spectacular views. The house design and decor is straight out of a home decorating magazine. The huge deck gives perfect privacy and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The ocean was warm and wonderful for swimming . The house itself is incredibly well outfitted and Jolene made sure that we had everything, including coffee…. driving way out of her way to show up in the morning with a missing part for the machine. We were delighted with everything about this experience and only wished we could have stayed longer.
