Everything was very clean and a lovely set up, hot tub was wonderful. Nice location but not really walking distance from any restaurant. The bed was so comfy that we have asked the host the brand so we can get one for home! All in all great place to stay would definitely return and suggest to anyone.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed this place. Although we were unfortunately in the middle of a cyclone and next to a highway, it was surprisingly peaceful inside. The place was warm, cozy, super clean and aesthetically gorgeous! Equipped with everything you need. We made use of the bathtub outside and as freezing as it was, it was lovely! Never miss an opportunity when given one! We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful location with the fields out the back, great for families. The house was so well equipped with great quality furniture and accessories. Everything was clean and the spa was such a treat. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Erika!

This place is a hidden gem in the area, and the host is incredibly friendly. After a long journey, we both felt right at home. The surroundings are private and peaceful, and the hospitality from the host was truly amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed out stay. Fantastic location and a great sized apartment. The kids loved the pools and it was super convenient to have the use of 2 car parks. Thanks for having us and sorting out a porta cot. We'd love to come and stay again :)

Excellent stay and so close to everything. Easy check in and clear communication made everything seamless. Would recommend staying again. Only thing we did not use was the hot tub as we were unsure when it was cleaned or maintained last. All else was perfect!

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Lovely and private space to stay. Greeted by Mike and cute dog when we arrived. Extremely clear instructions and communication with helpful signs. Hot tub and view were excellent. We didn't get to light the fire but would love to next time. Horse and dog being around was enjoyable, they're friendly and sweet. Only thing is that it can be a bit chilly - use the heater in the room and use bathroom before bed cause it's cold to go in the night outside (bathroom not connected to main room).

Fantastic Stay in Papamoa We had a great stay at Ben’s Airbnb in Papamoa. From the start, Ben was responsive, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, which made everything easy. The house itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area, which featured a large BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. While we didn’t have kids with us, the house was well-equipped for families, with a trampoline, spa pool, and other toys for kids. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was lovely, spacious, and conveniently located to many different things. Samantha was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub each night we stayed. Very relaxing getaway! We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can, the next time we visit the area!

This place was the perfect spot for our family holiday. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the place was perfect for us. The pool and Spa were both highlights and well used. A nice easy walk to the beach. Thoughtfully renovated and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay close to the beach. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that the sleepout does not have an attached bathroom and the backdoor can not be opened from outside. Not a big deal but was slightly inconvenient.

Tracey’s place was homely, and clean. We especially loved the spa. Kitchen was very well equipped and had some ingredients around too (herbs etc) which is always so helpful. Would have been good to have laundry availability, but absolutely not a must as we only stayed 3 nights. Just so clean, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you!!

We stayed here with our sports team for AIMS. Jess was very accommodating with our needs and even made room for a couple of extras. Location is close to the beach and not too far from the mount. House is clean and tidy. 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Jess even went out of her way to help us when someone forgot their toiletry bag. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

The place is tidy, clean and well decorated. The only we did not feel quite comfortable with is it is actually the host's home full of their stuff that we did not quite expect. We prefer a usual Airbnb that if it is a whole house, the setting is for guest only (walldrobe space for guests etc.).

Clean and warm camp ground. Lovely surroundings set in peaceful bush, and I also took full advantage of the hot pools. Reception was very helpful and welcoming and I was grateful as I didn't read all the terms and conditions of bringing your own bedding( I'm travelling from overseas so didn't bring bed linen) and coin activated showers and helped me out that way. I would stay here again, and it would be a really nice place to bring a young family as the pools; stream, ducks and complimentary mini golf would be ideal for young children. It would be great once the fibre cables are in and there is better reception and / or WiFi also but I knew there wasn't any before I arrived so that was fine. I would recommend this idyllic place for families 10/10

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!
