Beautiful house a short distance from the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and Mt Maunganui where the view is ace. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay (we did 9 nights). Stand out restaurant nearby was Solero. Saltwater bar for relaxing & happy 2 hour cocktails, beer and Taittinger 😊 Brew Co for a great selection of beers. Sea People for ice cream. Friendly hosts too. Recommended.

This house is across the street from the beautiful, long, sand Papamoa beach! Also walking distance to restaurants and surf board rentals and lessons! we loved loved loved the house. It has beautiful old wood floors, a claw foot tub, and lots of antique details. It also has front and rear decks - wonderful for outside dining - we had breakfast in the front in the sun, and dinner at the nice table in the back. We will stay there again!

A very beautiful and peaceful stay for my wife and I, it’s very nice to live in a farm seeing the chickens lay eggs every day, the goats and rabbits were very friendly. It’s our 2nd time stay this time for a week. Nina and Peter are very kind hosts and they gave us eggs too, we appreciate that v much! The farm eggs are really nice and different from the ones at the supermarket. Highly recommend! We look forward to coming back for a longer stay the next time again!

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Executive Holiday Home in Prime Mount Location

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and was in an amazing location. There was plenty of space for everyone to lounge and relax, and we loved how close it was to the beach and great cafes in town. There is a small Four Square supermarket about 10 mins walking distance which has plenty of supplies (including Mount Sourdough Co bread!) and a larger New World supermarket that was a short drive away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, and for coffee making had both a French press and a coffee pod machine and a milk steamer. The Mount Surf Co sells coffee pods from Flight Coffee and was our favorite place to restock the pods. We loved our stay and would definitely return :)

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We loved the space around the house. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or on the front deck. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Beautiful views of nature. We were mostly at festival so enjoyed coming back to the property to relax, recharge. The bathrooms had everything you need, good shower pressure too. I would highly recommend this property as it was very spacous for a group of 6. Saskia was really good to liase with, easy comms. Thanks team for a enjoyable weekend at your airbnb.

We stayed here with our sports team for AIMS. Jess was very accommodating with our needs and even made room for a couple of extras. Location is close to the beach and not too far from the mount. House is clean and tidy. 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Jess even went out of her way to help us when someone forgot their toiletry bag. Thanks for letting us stay!

A beautiful spacious home with everything you need to enjoy a beach holiday. Our family of 7 were extremely comfortable in Tim's house and we especially enjoyed the BBQ deck area with the shade of the tree or umbrella on very hot days. It truly is just a short walk to the beach or a 35 min walk to the base of the Mount. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an excellent stay, the house has great views of the bay and is well situated. Car is needed but all the beaches are within easy driving distance. Mt. manganui beach was stunning and is a must. The house was well kitted out, we had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed playing in the garden.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

This Airbnb is very homely and the host, Jennifer, always respond as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this gem.

Really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s place. Had everything we needed, close to nice walks, and a short drive to the CBD and beach. Really appreciated that we were able to bring our dog and that the front section was fully fenced. Would stay again.

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.
