Bungalow vacation rentals in Tauranga City Council

Absolutely fantastic few days at Susan’s place. The house is a gorgeous, beautifully styled, spacious cottage with a really pretty garden. It was quiet and private and plenty of space for us all (5 humans and a wee dog). We hugely appreciated the treats left for us (including the dog 🐶!). We all said it’s the best place we’ve stayed on Air BnB, an absolute gem. Thank you Susan, your home made our stay in Tauranga extra special.

Lovely quirky kiwi bach! Great location. Easy (toddler friendly) walking distance to great coffee, beach and shops. Super family friendly. Clean and tidy. Full cooking facilities to make meals for the family or kids. As our 2yo said “I love this house”! Cup full, core memories created! Forever grateful.

Bridget was friendly and helpful. Details to find it were excellent, including letting me know about the major roadworks. Thanks for fresh oranges from the trees that were appreciated for my granddaughter’s team at the Aims games. The unit was cosy with heat pump and the bed was comfy and warm. Unfortunately neither of us could do anything about the rain.

Ryan's place is exactly as described. The contactless (and hassle free) check in made the surf shack feel like it was my personal space. I could really see myself living in a place like this! Close to direct beach access and with several coffee and brunch spots near by, this accom was the perfect place to unwind!

Great location near the beach. Easy walking distance to a Restaraunt pub. Fair bit of road noise at the front of the property, no aircon in bedrooms, so you have to have the windows open (but the owners are considering installing ceiling fans and wifi soon). Great balcony it to view the ocean. Not much water pressure or hot water pressure, but had everything you need in the kitchen and a downstairs toilet in the laundry.

Great place to stay in Papamoa - and handy to everything we needed. Only issue we had was in check in as no keys in lock box and we had to sort rubbish as people before us put rubbish in wrong bins! Apart from that all good!
