In this Basque house, you will have access to this 115 m2 apartment, mixing tradition and modernity, wood and solid parquet floors as well as a 20 m2 suspended terrace facing the mountains and overlooking a pretty corner of greenery. The other part of the house is our living space, and myself and my little family (Imanol 14 years old, Ines 11 years old) appreciate being able to interact in a friendly manner with our guests. We just spent a week with family in Franck's house. The house is ideally located in the village of Seignosse. It is large, very nicely decorated, the rooms are spacious and very pleasant to live in. The house is perfectly equipped, the pool is heated. Franck is an excellent host!!!! The stay was perfect, we enjoyed it!! I recommend this house 🏡

We stayed as a family for 10 days in the house that complies with all the promises from the description! The location is quiet and private, the house is spacious and equipped with everything, the hosts Laurette & José are nice, helpful and take great care of your guests. By bike, three beach accesses (every about 12 min), the small village center (5 min) and a large supermarket (about 7 min) are easily accessible. The waves are suitable for surfing, but the spots for bathing are limited and accordingly full. The main beach access is very busy because of its many tourist shops and gastronomy. The "Plage des Chênes Lièges", on the other hand, is quieter and the most relaxing beach section with the most beautiful access. The climbing and adventure forest in the neighborhood is attractive for families and hardly noticeable in the house. We are happy to recommend the house and the hosts!

We had a really nice stay, apartment looks better than at photo. It was full of light from sun and because of big windows, had also more small balconies. Grande plague is just 3 minutes by walk, also the main street with shops. Cohost Sophie was very friendly and nice, she was welcoming and slso the check out was absolutely without complications. We also liked the bed, mattress was supercool, also pillows. I giving 6 stars from 5 😊

The accommodation matches the description perfectly: large very well-equipped house, quiet, a large sheltered terrace and a very pleasant green space. The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.
