Very nice house. The heated pool, hot tub and outbuilding are obviously big pluses! Quiet environment and very close to the ocean.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

The apartment is perfect. A perfect place to discover the Basque country

We were very warmly welcomed by Bruno and Karin. Karin was able to give us some good excursion tips. In the house there is everything, even two older bicycles for small excursions. The pool was very nice and also warm. The whole house is very nice and friendly. We were 2 families and felt very comfortable there. A good starting point for a beach and surfer vacation. But it's also not that far to San Sebastian or Bayonne.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

the accommodation is in accordance with the listing in every respect, the bedding is of very good quality as well as the size of the beds (3 beds out of 4 are 160 cm), the kitchen is very well equipped, the jacuzzi room has been renovated and an outdoor wooden terrace. In addition Paul Eric is very accommodating and available. In short we did not want for anything, thank you.

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, it corresponds in every respect to the listing and Patrice and Amandine who live next door are very welcoming and available. Recommended.

Nice, pleasant, functional, nicely furnished house. Outside, large fenced garden. Convenient if you are accompanied by your pet. Friendly host, communication by email, responsive. We will keep this address for future stays. We love this area.

Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

We stayed at Benoits accommodation for 5 nights and it was a great little place, had everything you needed and lovely welcome pack full of goodies on arrival. Clean and tidy and plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking and soap, toilet rolls , shower gel provided too! Benoits was a great host, great at communicating, friendly, really helpful too. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. Magali and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was very nice and very well-equipped. The bedding is very comfortable (160 cm bed) and the terrace is very pleasant. Close to shops and 1.5 km from Tarnos beach, the accommodation is very convenient for visiting the area.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

We had a great time in the heart of the pine trees. The place is very nice, and very well appointed for large groups (there were 12 of us). Thanks to Ludovic for his kindness and availability. We'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The place is quiet and well located. Laurent was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It should be noted that in France the bathroom does not have a toilet and you have to go to the toilet (WC). The house only has two, one on the ground floor separate from the rooms and another on the upper floor next to the rooms. It's a detail to keep in mind when there are eight guests, as was our case, and all retired. The stay was perfect and the house is well equipped in a modern and pleasant style. Very comfortable beds. The spacious rooms. The perfect pool and although it was not yet summer, the water temperature allowed us to take some refreshing baths We recommend it for a quiet vacation in an area with a diversity of extraordinary landscapes.
