Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tar

Wir haben eine Woche bei Antonio verbracht. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und sah noch besser aus als auf den Fotos :) wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Lage ist super, wir waren viel bei Wasserfällen etc. im Inland, aber auch oft am Strand. Alles ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls im Umkreis. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und man hat Privatsphäre. Wir haben jeden Morgen entspannt auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und auch mal ein paar Tiere wie z.B. Hasen auf dem Feld gesehen. Der Urlaub war dementsprechend super entspannt! Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Excellent place and excellent people! The owners were really nice and friendly. I really appreciated their flexibility for the check in and their help in showing us where to find markets, services and what to see nearby. The place is perfect for a family as it has a very large garden where children can play in a very safe environment. The apartment is well furnished and extremely clean and it is just next to a restaurant. It has a free and private parking lot. It is very close to Umag and others Istria cities are easily reachable! Very good price and an excellent quality! I strongly recommend this place as it was simply perfect.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Ein super schönes Ambiente, Innen wie Draußen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Perfekt um sich mit Freunden oder Familie eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit zu machen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Wir haben uns bei Sanja sehr wohl gefühlt , wenn man mit dem Auto da ist - gar kein Problem ! Alles ist gut zu erreichen und wir hatten es nicht weit zum Baden . Bei Sanja ist es sehr ruhig und perfekt dem hektischen Alltag zu entfliehen ! App war so wie beschrieben und es hat uns nichts gefehlt ! Das SZ ist wirklich etwas dunkel aber man schläft darin ja nur ! Gerne kommen wir mal wieder !

Es war wie letztes Jahr wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Es ist ein feines Apartment, was alles Nötige bereitstellt. Dazu kommt ein wunderschöner Garten, um neben Strandausflügen zwischen Bäumen und Blumen sich zu entspannen. Marija ist stets offen und hilfsbereit, um Ratschläge zu geben für Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft ist bei Marija immer zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Terasse mit frei zugänglicher Wiese. Das Grundstückt ist mit zwei Toren gesichert und alles ist mit einem Zaun umgeben. Der Hund darf frei laufen. Die Terasse ist gut von Nachbarn einsehbar aber schön im Hinterhof gelegen. Kaja wohnt im Neubau nebenan. Von dort aus erhöhen mehrere Kameras das Sicherheitsgefühl im Zugangsbereich zur Wohnung erheblich. Der Supermarkt Plombine ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. In 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Cocktailbar Tequilla Beach direkt am Hundestrand. Eingezäunter Hundesspielpatz mit vielen Agility Elementen in 3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa in Kroatien! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber – genau wie auf den Bildern. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen: Es gab selbstgemachten Schnaps und eine lokale Süßigkeit zur Begrüßung, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war top: Als wir einmal ihre Hilfe benötigten, waren sie sofort erreichbar und gleich vor Ort. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – da haben wir uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind leider schon recht durchgelegen und nicht mehr besonders bequem. Gerade weil die Villa sonst so hochwertig ist, ist das schade – hier wäre eine Erneuerung wirklich wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt – wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser traumhaft schönen Unterkunft in Labin verbracht. Wir reisten mit fünf Erwachsenen, zwei Kleinkindern und einem Baby – und es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt! Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie sie in der Anzeige beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt ist – vielleicht sogar noch schöner. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, besonders mit dem fantastischen Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, was unseren Urlaub noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

Die Unterkunft ist einfach fantastisch! Die Innenausstattung ist super schön und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Außenanlage ist sogar noch schöner. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Marianna und ihr Mann waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns tolle Restaurant Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto ist man auch schnell bei verschiedenen Restaurants oder dem Strand. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
