Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

We (family with 2 children) stayed 3 nights in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, with a washing machine and everything you could ever need, had plenty of space and was clean. The area was nice with the pedestrian zone just around the corner. I'd love to come back.

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Very good location for this charming apartment, very close to the city as well as the sea. Superb quiet terrace with a beautiful view and accessible and responsive hosts. Perfect!

Lovely quiet place. Well-equipped kitchen. Very close to pool area, perfect with small children. Quick response from host with questions. Great view from large terrace. The internet was a bit off, so for any work, the net is too weak. All in all, a great experience at Iztok's place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean & as shown in the pictures. Good location to explore the towns around. Check in was easy & well communicated.

Very nice and well maintained apartment, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and private parking in the underground garage. Highly recommended!

It is a very cozy house where you immediately feel like at home. Everything was clean even though the house is quite big and a bit older. There is a pleasant place to sit and have a barbecue in the garden right across the street. You can park your car there as well. The older couple owning the place were really nice to us and welcomed us with fruit, sweets and beverages in the fridge.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. It was a wonderful stay. The house has everything you need and is perfect for a large group.

For a few relaxing days by the pool the property is very suitable. The place was very clean, very modern and also furnished to a high standard. The pool was also very clean and a real refreshment on hot summer days. However, if you are looking for proximity to the center, you should plan a half hour drive. All in all, a place to relax with.

A nice large house with private pool and jacuzzi. Great for a large group! Perfectly equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Because of the location of the house, a car is necessary for activities, it is very quiet but also a little away from the beach and the center of the village. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is nice, cosy and spacious. It has proper heating for winter months. Location is perfect for exploring Buzet area. Got a nice present from Nevia.
