Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our apartments are situated in a quiet street, with little traffic and available free parking. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. So it was really fantastic, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. Communication with Milijana was very good and friendly, what we needed in addition, such as a baby bed, was brought to us quickly. The location is very central, 6 minutes from the Pula City Mall or from the large Max City shopping center also 6 - 7 minutes. The hot tub was also nicely prepared but unfortunately we could not use it so we went to the beach instead but next year when we come back here we will use the 😊 hot tub. All in all, we were more than just satisfied. Highly recommended.

We were lucky that we made this decision to book this Apartment. This is truly the best spot from location‘s point of view. Super market, the best Beach of the Town , the Old town, everything is within the walkable distance. Secondly the place itself has a very homely feel. the Garden with Olive trees was the best thing and we made sure to spend some time over tee here with Family. The host are also Great! Kitchen, Bathrooms (yes you get 2 Fully equipped bathrooms with Toilets) , Fully functional Air Conditioners. At the end , this Apartment made our trip to Rovinj more joyous! 100% recommendation to Families!

The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks to the air conditioning, the rooms were at a pleasant temperature. The only negative thing is the thin walls, so you can hear other guests. But since you're spending time outside, it doesn't really matter as long as other people don't make noise from early in the morning. They were very satisfied. I can only recommend. It's in a great quiet location yet close to the beach and restaurants.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Location was great- parking is a bit of an issue as this apartment is in the pedestrian area so no cars allowed. will need to pay for parking and plan to walk luggage to the apartment. The stairs going to the apartment are difficult to carry large suitcases up- Americans pack too much!! :) But the area and apartment were absolutely incredible!

This is a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and cozy, it has everything you will need with a fully working kitchen. The host was very friendly and available, and made sure we had all the information necessary upon arrival. The apartment has all the amenities described, was very cozy, and did not lack anything. The only difficulty might be with parking if you arrive by car, since Opatija has very few street parking spots available (if you plan to arrive by car, make sure to communicate this to the host, since he may help you upon arrival). Overall a great, comforting stay, and a well deserved 5 stars.

Damir's apartment was perfect for us. There was everything we needed. Even a dishwasher and a washing machine were available. We felt very comfortable. In front of the apartment there is a beautiful table and two wooden benches. A cozy, shady place to rest and sit together. The location is ideal: 5 minutes' walk to the central bus station, 10 minutes to the train station and to the arena, the harbor and downtown. Many opportunities to take excursions by bus and bike. Damir is very friendly, accommodating and always quickly accessible. If we come back to Pula, we will definitely book with him again. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay at this flat in Koper. The place is modern, spacious, and very clean, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. A nice touch was the bottle of local wine waiting for us on arrival — much appreciated! Kelvin was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check out later since my meeting finished later than expected, which was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this place!
