The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein.” It's located right next to the Forggensee dam.

The stylish holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the outskirts of Pfronten, in the district of Steinach, just 2 kilometers from the Falkenstein castle ruins and 10 minutes from the Austrian border. It is situated on the first floor of one half of a semi-detached house. The house was completely renovated a few years ago. There are two holiday apartments in the building, and each apartment has its own free parking space directly in front of the house.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

How nice that you are interested in our apartment "Wonne." It is located on the second floor of Villa Senz, a lovingly converted, approximately 500-year-old farm in Pfronten-Steinach. In the middle of the Allgäu, it is ideal for excursions, sporting activities or relaxing days on the large terrace with magnificent mountain views.
