In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Starting point for many excursions

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
