Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right outside the front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking trails await you in the midst of snowy nature.

Gemütliche Dachstube im alten Gebälk, gemütliche Sessel, eigene Küche - und die Möglichkeit viele Gemeinschaftsbereiche im Gästehaus mitzunutzen. Du hast ein geräumiges eigenes Dusch-Bad, Deine eigene Küche - aber auch Zugang zur großen Gemeinschaftsküche. Es gibt ein Doppelbett 2 x 1,8m sowie ein Schlafsofa 1,9 x 1m, einen Schreibtisch, zwei Sessel und Giebelverglasung mit schmalem Balkon.

Children cannot burn themselves here, as the effect fire emits only a little heat. All apartments are equipped with a comfort shower.
