We had a wonderful time in this property. Everything was as described, or even better! The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, mountain views and nearby public transportation. Stéphane and Ninha were warm, responsive, and very caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, from check-in to checkout. I would recommend this place without a second thought and we would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Accommodation rented for 2 colleagues. No complaints: the apartment is super clean, with all amenities. It is ideally located: quiet, surrounded by nature. The views are beautiful. My colleagues were delighted and enjoyed the outdoors. As for the host: Stéphanie is very responsive, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

A place of tranquility and calm, Beautiful surroundings and views of the mountains

We enjoyed Arnaud's beautiful, comfortable apartment with great views of the mountains and equipped with every comfort. Arnaud and Corine were very friendly, proactive hosts who gave us good tips to explore the area. Recommended to discover this beautiful area!

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

Cozy and charming place perfect for a long weekend. It was peaceful and the perfect little getaway to explore the surrounding nature and mountains. The host was also very flexible with the check-out times, which I really appreciated.

Emannuelle and her friend are very welcoming and warm. The contact went well right away, they are good-natured and make you feel comfortable. I was able to enjoy the garden to sunbathe a little on the rare days when the sun showed up in the Arve Valley, and I also had the pleasure of playing a little with the dogs. A simple and pleasant stay.

2nd stay at Laurence's and like the first time everything was impeccable. Impeccable cleanliness, it smells good when you enter the studio. Comfort bedding and very clean sheets. Difficult to find a speck of dust. Thank you very much Laurence! I would highly recommend!

If there was the option to give 6 stars, this listing would have deserved it. It was far beyond our expectations. The space was perfect. The decor was professional and the small touches pleased us. The setting was beautiful with the option to cycle in the surroundings (lake, forest and river)

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Check-in is very simple thanks to the instructions sent by Hervé. The accommodation is very clean and functional. Coffee pods and all the essentials for the bath (towels and shower gel) at our disposal. Very good responsiveness from hosts. I recommend it!

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

We recommend this accommodation for a pleasant time. This accommodation is in a great location, the landscape is beautiful and very quiet. There is a goat farm 100 m away on foot. The accommodation is very clean, modern and super well-equipped. There is a private terrace for breakfast in the morning with beautiful mountain views. Our stay was perfect.

A lovely stay, the apartment is very well located. We were able to do a lot of things without taking the car, hiking, restaurants... Very good hospitality from Serge and Rozenn. Samoens is a very beautiful mountain village. We'll have great memories
