Authentic fully renovated alpine chalet nestled in the heart of an unspoilt valley close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the chalet, the surrounding nature and the possibility of taking full advantage of the outdoor activities around the chalet. With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

Small renovated apartment in the old Bourg

Small 24m2 apartment, just renovated, in the old town of Taninges. 🌈 Access is via a pedestrian street, quite steep for those who are not used to it, and free parking is available on adjacent streets. Very quiet little Bourg where all the shops are within walking distance: cheese maker, organic store, press, workshops, cafes, restaurants. At the crossroads of the Stations du Grand Massif, Praz de Lys and Porte de Soleil, between 10 in 30 minutes by car.

Charming studio in the mountains - Le-Le Praz de Lys

Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.

Grandfather's hideaway .spa/sauna

Grandfather's refuge is nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, in the charming village of Bonnavaz, close to the famous ski resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys-Sommand. The chalet has been completely renovated with taste and is located in a hamlet composed of three chalets and an old chapel, known as the "Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet". Below, the Foron river will allow you to cool off during the summer.

In summer and winter you can go directly for a walk, towards the lakes or the cliffs of the Cirque du Fer à Cheval by bike or on foot, all on secure paths.
