The apartment has been designed and furnished with great attention to detail, its modern features contrasting with exposed wooden beams and original features. Bike and ski storage and cleaning possibility plus off-street parking. I am not rated Airbnb Plus because I refuse to have a TV.

Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). Located next to a public spa, Carrefour Montagne, and the ski slopes 100 m away, this quiet, 30 m2, south-facing nest has an entrance/ski room, a small bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a wardrobe, a kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, combination oven-microwave, Nespresso machine, a living room with sofa, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and Orange, a balcony, beds made, and towels.

Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the historic old town of Taninges. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance: bakeries, supermarket, organic store, health center, etc. Taninges is located close to the ski resorts of Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.
