Zona bien situada para conocer alicante. A 7km de la playa de Alicante y a 8.5km de la preciosa playa de San Juan. Carril bici justo en la puerta y zona comercial con restaurantes y supermercados a 500m. La propiedad es un Chalet dividido en 4 apartamentos totalmente independientes, con sus puertas de acceso privadas. Burbuja 1 , es el principal, el acceso es por las escaleras frontales. Burbuja 2, tiene acceso por la parte trasera y está en la misma planta q burbuja 1. Burbuja 3 es semisotano.

Everything was great! The apartment is situated in very nice neighbourhood with all the bars, supermarkets and walkable distance to the city center. Cristina is very nice and happy person. She gave me several tips for spending my spare time. Recommended !

Really beautiful apartment, extremely clean and super comfortable bed :) you can find anything you need in the room. It was really easy to find the place. It’s not in the strict centre but still very central so easy and safe to walk to all the restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions etc and at the same time calm and quiet at night for comfortable sleep away from the noise of restaurants and bars. Antonio was very nice and was replying to messages very quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place and hope that I will have a chance to come back one day :)
