Monthly Rentals in Talmage

Our stay was very warm and cozy, the place was very clean and relaxing. We will definetely rent again. Our host was very easy to get in contact with, fast responses. Easy check in and an over all comfortable stay.

“The Penthouse” sits in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood, a short distance away from both the running/hiking trails and the shops and restaurants scattered throughout downtown Ukiah. The studio apartment is extremely cozy with a full kitchen, modern bathroom, and workstation. Also, you’re welcomed by a custom note and chocolates on the dinner table, set out by Mary the host. Mary was extremely friendly and responsive the 3 weeks I stayed there - I would definitely come back!

Deborah’s place was so very excellent, pillows were thick, had many extras like plush white bathrobes, a heated mattress pad, ceiling fan, 2 tvs and iremotes, snacks and coffee. I never met her but wanted to thank her, wondered if she was an interior decorator! Her attention to the little details really made it a special place to stay!

Great little spot. Super close to downtown. I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. The bed is nice, but note that it is very soft. I LOVED the bedding. The shower is also very relaxing. Everything is super clean and Anne was easy to communicate with before our trip.
