David was an amazing and quick to response host. Everything mentioned was beyond accurate about his place. It is now a memorable location for my partner & I. For that we are so thankful and highly recommend this place for a quiet, cute, and well rounded place to stay! There aren’t enough words to say how perfect it was. I enjoyed the characteristics it had & how cozy & like home it felt. We look forward to the next stay.

I'm a college professor and I took the 5 undergraduates in my lab on an insect-collecting trip to Florida over spring break. We spent 2 nights at David's place. The students were amazed that our funding sources could afford and condone such luxury. I explained that for the 6 of us it was actually cheaper than getting the 3 standard motel rooms we would need otherwise. Later they complained about the sulfur smell of the water (which David had warned me about in a private message before accepting our reservation, and which I had warned the students about), and I pointed out that the smell was probably why we could afford to stay there. They said they didn't mind the smell that much after all.

SPECIAL Thanks to JENN! I am deployed to Tallahassee for work and Jenns's place made me feel comfortable, safe at home, and relaxed after a 10hr work day. The home is just as pictured. Great price for the money, particular for dog owners. Henry was very responsive even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of space, comfortable, quiet safe neighborhood, good internet speeds. Loved being close to FSU for our student. Starting to show wear due to consistent rentals but overall great.

Fantastic stay. The place could use a little TLC but I found the apartment to be quite charming and perfect for my needs. For the price and location you can’t beat it.

Came to Tallahassee for the weekend with my family and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Tally Treehouse!! The space was perfectly clean & cozy! The neighborhood was gorgeous and we felt right at home!! We even used the suggested restaurant they had provided and honestly best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Most definitely will stay again and 11/10 will definitely recommend!
