Steve’s place was just as it was pictured in his listing and clean. He was very communicative and friendly. We ran into a slight scheduling snafu at the end of our trip and he was flexible to work with us on our check-out time. Quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from FSU campus.

I was in Tallahassee for a convention. I did not need much, but Jim was such an amazing host. He provided everything I needed so that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend!

Was perfect for a one night rental

We loved the place. Everything was clean and well maintained. We felt right at home. It had all the amenities and accommodations you could ask for. We'll be staying here again when we get the chance.

My host India was very responsive with whatever I needed for the air bnb she even provided a little special gift for my birthday which was surprising. Thank you for making my stay right at home :) will be booking again in the near future. 🐥💕😁

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

This place is amazing! It’s super close to FSU, in a really cute neighborhood. The house was spotless! We had everything we needed right there. Ramy and Bernice were super friendly and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. I’m beyond grateful to Rachel for the amazing communication, rapid response and flexibility. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her place is beautiful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, exactly what we needed. Everything went as planned, she always responded within the hour. When I had a last minute change of plans, she was so gracious to accommodate our request. There’s a reason why she is a “guest’s favorite”. She truly is trust worthy. Visiting FSU you won't go wrong with staying here. Very clean, geat location and Joanna is very nice. She made everything i needed to know very clear and responded immediately when I had a question. Beds are very clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Kerry’s condo was a great find, immaculately clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to campus. The space was just as described, with plenty of thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the FSU area!

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! Thanks Kelly!
