Kyo-machiya is a traditional Kyoto architectural style. It is a consecutive style townhouse, a maisonette type terrace one. An entire one. Quiet place. It has two bedrooms with each full bathroom, and a full kitchen. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of 2nd floor only. Capacity 5 adults. In addition, up to 2 infants who do not require a bed can stay free of charge. Accommodation tax is required. Check in time is 3 Ppm - 9 pm. Check out time is 10 am, free out system.

We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 7guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 8guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm
