This is the old house rental [Kokoro]. This is a private house that can be rented out to one group per day, where you can feel the abundant nature of Shiga Prefecture close at hand and enjoy rural life. It is a nice, old, calm space that can accommodate up to 10 people. Please relax with your family and friends. It is about 1 hour by car from downtown Kyoto, and if you come by train, it is about 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by taxi from Adogawa Station on the JR Kosai Line. It is popular with overseas guests, families, and groups. We also rent out a BBQ set (equipment) for a fee, so please feel free to ask. There is free parking available on the property. Parking is available for up to 3 regular-sized vehicles. For large vehicles, it may be difficult to accommodate three, so please inquire in advance. If you consult with us in advance, we can also rent out space for a fee. We also offer free bicycle rentals. There are also plenty of outdoor facilities in the surrounding area, so please use it as a base for your activities. Please also use it as a base while cycling around Lake Biwa. A house in a quiet villa area on the shore of Lake Biwa, Rinkusho. A location surrounded by a peaceful countryside, with a white sand and green pine lake spread out in front of it. You can enjoy the seasonal natural scenery within a 100-step walk, adjacent to Lake Biwa and the Wadatara River. Blue sky, expansive lake, white sand, and green trees. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.
