Amélia and Joa were really great hosts!! We arrived much later than expected and they were very accommodating. We got greeted with freshly picked strawberries and a warm welcoming smile. We will definitely go back!!

This place is a gem, surrounded by trees, and Cheila and her family are very welcoming and open. I enjoyed walking the farm and getting to know the animals, the wonderful breakfast, the cozy fireplace, and the amazing sauna. The sunroom is fantastic to enjoy the views, have breakfast, read, or do yoga. This is a perfect place to unwind from modern life with all the comforts. Great location overall, quiet but close to civilization. I hiked around Sao Torcato (nice river and waterfalls), got to experience the local farmers market and street fair on saturday morning, and then drove just 15m to Guimaraes for dinner and a modern dance performance. I have to say that, as a curly-haired girl, having a blowdryer with a diffuser was the cherry on top!
